This newly updated bean point beach cottage has valuted ceilings with fans. 1 full bedroom offers a brand new comfy King bed and the livingroom offers 2 very comfortable twin mattresses 1 daybed / with 1 trundlebed. Living Room Dining table - seats 4. Kitchen Island - seats 4. Large front yard offers 4 person outside table with umbrella seating area. Sit, Relax and enjoy looking at the Florida Palm Trees along with a yard of colorful yellow Alamanda (the steet name) flowers. Outdoor showers for after beach days. Full sized washer / dryer inside unit. Large Living Room TV / Free Internet. This property is managed by it's owner and very well taken care of. You have your own; A/C unit (covid safe), Full Kitchen, dining table and kitchen island each seats 4, Front and Back Door ground level entrances, Seating area with umbrella outside. Come stay safe and social distanced! Relax at Anna Maria Island while staying safe! ....at fun Bean Point Beach / Anna Maria Island. Walk, bike or kayak at the quaint Anna Maria Pine street shopping village. Fantastic Property!

This was a fantastic property, myself, my wife, daughter & her friend enjoyed a week here. Couldn’t say enough about how great this place was. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and restaurants. We would stay here 10 times over!! Host was extremely accommodating, responsive & helpful. We can’t wait to get back.

Super Cute Quite Retreat

Clean home with modern kitchen and bathroom! Cozy inside loved having a washer and dryer! Large side yard, located a short walk to Pine Street and Rod and Reel! Easy beach access! Very nice

Nicely updated and great location....PERFECT

Super nice and clean. Everything in the space has been updated - floors, kitchen, bathroom, etc are all new. Located on the North end of AMI which is 1000x better than south end. It's only a couple minute walk to several different beach access points. We had 2 kids with us and even though it's only one bedroom, it worked out perfectly. Courtney (property owner) is local and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location near Bean Point. Short walk to beach. Rod and Reel was a fun place to fish and eat!

Perfect Couples Retreat

Spent the week with my wife and no kids at this property. It's a beautiful property in a special location. Check in was simple and it was very clear that Courtney wanted to make sure we had a great stay. We have stayed on the island before and it was nice to talk to an owner rather then a large rental company. Courtney takes great pride in the place and it shows. It was immaculately cleaned. The location is 2 blocks from what we consider the most beautiful beach in the world with sunsets that rival Hawaii. The beach is never packed and you don't feel crowded. It's close to all you need as far as places to eat and things to do. We would absolutely come back. You should have no reservations about renting this place.

Restaurant Fishing pier on same street (alamanda) as property walk 1 minute to breakfast/lunch/dinner. It's like staying at a hotel with dining available...easy! No cooking needed but there is full kitchen in your cottage whenever you want to stay and relax at home). Large living room TV/ Free Internet available.
