Place was exactly as advertised and was a great location right on king street. Will definitely be looking to stay again next time in Boone.

GREAT LOCATION

Wonderful studio apartment within walking distance of downtown Boone and App State Campus. Walked to Schaeffer Center 3 nights for Banff Film Festival.As indicated in instructions the driveway is very easy to miss the first time because it is a narrow drive between two buildings. We would stay again but we have family in Boone that we usually stay with.

Comfy and Chic

Adorable and classy, these studio space was perfect for our trip to Boone and App State. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops and campus. The space was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and accommodating.

Staying in downtown Boone

Great location and comfortable apartment in Boone. Amenities are available and the coffee is good. Having UHT half and Half was really appreciated. Downtown is steps away and Boone is lovely in any season.Trump’s tariff war will prevent a return visit but otherwise I’d recommend it.

Beautiful apartment!

Great Stay and Location

This was a great place to stay in very convenient location in Boone right off King Street in walking distance of restaurants and shops. The owner had great communication and responded quickly to any questions. I was only planning on staying two nights but got stuck here due to snow and was able to extend my stay another day with ease. Owner was very friendly and was a very clean and nice place to stay. I would come back again and definitely recommend!

Perfect for a short visit.

This is a perfectly adequate place for a quick overnight in Boone, NC. Space was nice with all of the amenities you would expect. Very convenient to just about anything downtown. Walkable, which is great because Boone can be difficult to find parking. Comfortable bed, good shower

Loved this spot - hidden gem right behind shops on King St. Super clean and modern. The owners were easy to work with and everything was exactly (if not better) than the listing. We’ll be back!

Excellent place to stay

The property is very clean, updated, comfortable, and the location is great. The property is tucked back behind a business away from the main street so it is quiet - thank goodness for very good directions from the host who is also very responsive to any questions. I recommend this property and will look for it again on our next visit to Boone.

King Street stay

We stayed here to go to a concert at the Appalachian Theater and it was perfect for a short visit. Outside wasn’t the most appealing but the apartment itself was adorable and nicely equipped. Loved the wood accents. We would stay here again for sure.

The positive...The inside was very cozy, up to date. Excellent bathroom shower area. The kitchen was very nice well equipped. Comfortable, clean pillows and bed. Cute decor. This place is within walking distance of town, all restaurants, shops, etc. Felt very safe. Everything inside is pretty and is as it appears in the photos. The negative...The TV didn't work at all. Couldn't even sign in my own ROKU or any apps. No connection what so ever. There was only a window air conditioner that was fairly loud and blowing right on the bed. The surrounding area directly outside of the property was not very well kept. Had a junky surrounding. There is no covered outside area or porch to sit for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evenings, if it rains all the outdoor furniture gets wet, besides the surrounding area is just not inviting to look at anyway. If you want any kind of view of town or road front this place doesn't have it, it's located behind some buildings and through an ally way, so there isn't a view of anything except the back of buildings and the small parking area. Over all for the price, this was a good place to stay for one night maybe two.

We came for the ASU graduation and this spot made our stay even better. The perfect location and all the right amenities in a quaint studio space. The host was on top of it too. Will always book here when we return.
