Bathing holiday of the luxury class in our floating house Klabautermann.

In this luxury holiday home your dream of a vacation on the water will come true. Completed in 2016, Haus Klabautermann is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz and is attached in the front row to a pier system.

Modern architecture and stylish maritime interiors combined with this unique location make your stay a special experience. Pure relaxation is offered by the exclusive terraces and the large sundeck, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the Schlei.

The house has 2 floors, with the large living / dining area with integrated kitchen upstairs. The large panoramic windows provide a wonderful view of the harbor cinema and a large sliding door leads to the large terrace. The upper floor with its cozy leather sofa bed, the dining table for 4 people and the well-equipped kitchen invites you to spend relaxing hours with friends and family.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. The large bedroom has floor-to-ceiling picture windows and is equipped with a large sliding door. From here, direct access to the lower terrace, which runs around the entire house, is possible.

The sauna with direct water view makes this holiday home on colder days to an oasis of well-being. From the sauna on the ground floor directly into the cool water of the Baltic Sea rise. That's pure luxury.

In addition, the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is also located on the ground floor, opposite the sauna.

The house has been furnished in maritime style with great attention to detail. Everything is coordinated and also in the well-equipped kitchen is not lacking.

The jetty at the house can be rented if required additionally for 25,00 Euro / night.

The water house is part of the newly built Baltic Sea Olpenitz. Please note that there may still be building activity in the area. We are happy to inform you about the current status. However, we have no information as to when future work will be carried out.

Die Unterkunft hielt, was sie auf den ersten Blick versprach: Ein hochwertiges, sehr sauberes und ausgesprochen liebevoll hergerichtetes Domizil der Entspannung. Hier (in vorderster Reihe!!!) wird man von den ersten Sonnenstrahlen des Tages begrüßt und kann mit einem traumhaften Blick über das Wasser direkt aus dem bequemen Doppelbett entspannt in den Tag starten. Sehr zu empfehlen und immer wieder gerne... :-) !!!

Ein wunderschöne Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt! Grandiose Aussicht auf das Meer von den Terrassen! Viel Platz auf der Dachterrasse für Sport bei einer super Aussicht! Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig! Viele Ausflugs- und Entdeckungsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung! Für jung und alt einfach perfekt - wir kommen definitiv wieder ! Wir fanden das Haus sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Man konnte sich sofort wohlfühlen. Alles war pieksauber und gemütlich. Die Terrassenmöbel waren modern und schick. Leider fehlte beim Strandkorb eine Auflage, aber da konnten wir uns mit den Kissen der Sitzgruppe behelfen. Der Service bei einem technischen Defekt funktionierte umgehend, und das sogar am Wochenende. Die Aussicht von den Terrassen ist unglaublich schön, da wir in der ersten Reihe lagen und direkt auf das Wasser schauen konnten, ohne dass noch weitere Hausboote die Aussicht stören konnten. Ausserdem haben wir den Brötchen-Lieferdienst in Anspruch genommen, so dass jeder Morgen stressfrei mit frischen Brötchen und Ostseeblick beginnen konnte. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sauna und die Eistonne

Der Klabautermann ist eine wundervolle Unterkunft, die auch vom Team von meerzeit-ferien perfekt und liebevoll vorbereitet wurde. Es fehlte an nichts, weder für Mensch noch Hund. Highlight für uns war das Oberdeck, die Sauna und der Sprung in die „Ostsee-Eistonne“. Einziger Tipp für eine Verbesserung, wären die Lammellen im Haupt-SZ, die leider nicht genug abdunkeln… aber, so what. Herzlichen Dank ans meerzeit-Team.

Wir warenvom 25.3.- 29.3.2024 in diesem schönen Hausboot ! Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen,besonders unseren Enkelkindern( 11 und 15 Jahre)! Die Lage ist top! Es war alles sehr sauber und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt ! Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen !

Wir haben ein wunderschönes langes Wochenende im Haus Klabautermann verbracht.Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts.Im Bett zu liegen und das Rauschen der Ostsee zu hören war einfach wunderbar.Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Viel zu kurz.

Unser Aufenthalt war leider nur sehr kurz. Der Klabautermann war wunderschön. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen leckeren Sekt. Das war eine sehr nette Geste. Allein die tollen Fensterfronten, mit der wunderschönen Aussicht in das Hafenbecken war die Reise wert. Morgens wach zu werden und das Gefühl zu haben, daß Bett treibt im Wasser war gigantisch. Leider hat das Wetter nicht ganz mitgespielt, aber selbst das war überhaupt nicht schlimm, denn so dicht am Wasser zu sein mit Möven die quasi über das Bett segeln und Wellen die das Hausboot hin und her schaukeln war wirklich ein Erlebnis. Das nächste Mal kommen wir aber trotzdem in der wärmeren Jahreszeit 🙃 Vielen Dank, für die schöne Zeit 👋

Das schwimmende Hausboot ein absoluterer Traum

Das Hausboot ist der Hammer, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.Es hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Vom Bett früh’s aufs Wasser zu blicken, traumhaft. Die kleine Sauna hat uns vollkommen gereicht. Alles sehr sauber gewesen.
