This beautiful condo has a view of the bay from the balcony,and a peek of the ocean, Conveniently located on 33rd Street across from McDonald's, Burger king and Jolly Roger amusement park, water park,and go carts. The boardwalk starts on 28th street, just a few blocks away,great for a stroll or rent some bikes and ride there in the morning's. Pool on site in front of the adjacent building for the kid's and the adults. We also have high speed internet if you care to work on vacation.

For the adult's there is plenty of fine dining nearby at the Hilton, Dunes Manor hotel, Italian restaurant. Those looking for the night life, Seacret's, Fish Tales, Salty Dog, and a karaoke bar the Sandtrap on the corner. You can also jump on the bus and ride all day and night for $3.00.
Ocean Downs Casino just a short drive away.
Just bring your beach chairs, and a blanket and walk over to the beach for a stroll in the evening. The Roland E. Powell convention center is just 6 blocks away.

We offer weeks and mini weeks with a 3 night minimum stay required. Why wait for a 4 o'clock check in when you can check in at 3 o'clock and get on with your vacation early. You have to be gone by 10 or there will be a $50 charge that will go to the maid. Having a kitchen saves on eating out and having more money for fun and games. Just bring your sheets ,towels, paper products and we will put the smile on your face.

The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer dryer. This unit is very clean with tiled entry, kitchen, and bathroom. The unit is well maintained and clean. This is a non smoking unit for your convenience.
This is a fourth floor NO ELEVATOR
We have 3 locations in Ocean City, this one on 33rd street bayside, one bedroom on the same VRBO site on 140th St bayside with pool and kiddie pool type in 169040, or our famous 2 bedroom, bayfront with pool type in 201552 on 39th Street next door to the Convention Center. Wherever you choose you won't be disappointed with our condos.

Good communication

For a last minute 4th of July booking I was pretty happy. Easy check in and communication was QUICK. I didn’t realize check out was 10am since it is typically 11am but they were super nice about me being a little late checking out. They even called me to tell me I left my charger there and left it for me to come pick it up. Thanks!

Just like the pictures

We really enjoyed our time in Ocean City. The condo was exactly like the photos. Check-in was a little confusing but it was because I booked last minute. The condo was very accommodating and had a great view of the amusement park and the bay. This location is only a few blocks away from the ocean. We did have a concern with the comfort level of the pull out couch. In an effort to allow the kids to sleep in and so we could have coffee in the morning, participate in virtual meetings for work, etc. we decided to sleep on the pull out. It was less than ideal and left us with back aches. Everything else within the condo was absolutely amazing. The kids said the bed was like sleeping on a cloud but a new mattress is definitely needed for the pull out couch.

We had an amazing stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. It had all the utensils we needed for cooking/eating. It had beautiful views all around. Very short walking distances to the beach, waterpark/gocarts, stores ans food. Thank you for an amazing stay in your condo!

End of summer getaway

Nice and clean condo with the exception of the balcony step which is dangerous and a safety issue.

The 1st day we arrived I went directly to the balcony opened the door and the step down is higher than normal and I fell hard on my right side and being older I'm surprised I didn't break my hip but ended up in bed my whole stay. Bummer I was there to meet my fiancee's family from all over the U.S. Never got to meet them. N. Maraschillo

Refreshing Mini-beach Getaway

We had a wonderful mini-vacation in Ocean City. Pat and Jim's home was clean, welcoming, and quite comfortable. Although the home is on the 4th floor, the extra steps helped shave off some of the extra calories eaten during our stay! It's a close walk to the beach, go-carts and mini golf - lots for kids and teens to do. So many choices for dinner - we loved Tino's Mexican, Fish Tales and even ventured off the strip to Paul and Vinny's for some pizza and hoagies. Our only regret is that we didn't add an extra day to our stay. Next time for sure! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. This was a long overdue and refreshing beach getaway!

Wonderful little place!

This condo was so cute and clean! It was on the 4th floor, but that is clearly stated, so don't act surprised when you have to walk up steps! We didn't mind the steps, it was good exercise! The walk to the beach was easy and so much else within walking distance. Checking in and out was easy. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place!

The condo was cute - two full beds, pull out couch, full kitchen! Balcony view out to neighborhood. Overall, great location! Quick walk to beach, near amusement park, and good eating places. 7 mins drive to boardwalk.
