About this property

$125/night except holidays for JANUARY AND FEBRUARY!

Our beach home has room for up to 8 to sleep, eat, relax and is located on lot #5204 East Sandlapper Dr. in Ocean Lakes Campground. Ocean Lakes requires you to purchase a nightly car pass for each car, which is not included in the home rental.

The house is beautifully decorated. The bedrooms have queen size beds in 2 and the 3rd has a full size bunk beds. We have 2 bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower for easier accessibility and the other has a tub/shower unit. The kitchen has all new appliances. There is a stacked washer/dryer and vaulted ceilings in the living room, kitchen and master bedroom.

The bedrooms have new HD flat screen TVs and DVD players and the living room has a 60" HD flat screen and DVD player. We have a large dining table that accommodates 6 and a smaller kitchen table for 2.

The large partially covered deck has a ceiling fan and lawn chairs and we have a gas grill, cypress swing and beautiful covered sitting area downstairs. The outside shower is enclosed with hot and cold water.

Golf carts are available for rent through Ocean Lakes, you can inquire at the front office during registration. You will receive an email from Ocean Lakes to purchase your car passes. You MUST provide all paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) and beach towels. Linens are included with the rental (sheets, washcloths, and towels).

Beautiful open house with everything we needed.
The house was beautiful and very open feeling. My cousins was looking at houses to buy while we were there so we saw a lot of different ones during this stay. Most of them felt very cramped and small but this house was very open and you didn’t feel cramped at all. Everything was well stocked and the laundry area was nice to have. Will definitely book this house again!!! Thank you very much for the nice stay!!!

Amazing House
This is a great house! We had 6 Adults and had plenty of sleeping room. Couch in the living room was big enough for us all to watch the game. Love the fact we disnt have to bring our own linens and towels. Will be renting this place again

We have stayed at this house multiple years in a row now and it is consistently amazing. The house is the perfect size for a small family and is always very clean. We always stay in the fall so the campground isn't as crowded but you still have solid beach days.

Every Thing We Needed
This house checked all the boxes for our family vacation. House had everything we needed with ample parking. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and also being able to bring our dog. We also liked the neighborhood which was quiet and a short walk to the beach. The owners were great and communicated quickly and efficiently with the few questions we had.

We have stayed at many different places. This house was very clean and very comfortable for the four adults and two dogs. Maria was always available for any questions we had before we arrived. Always answered any questions we had in a timely matter. We didn’t need to bother her at all during our stay because we didn’t need a thing. I was concerned with this rental being a scam due to everything going so easy. No worries! It is not a scam. Maria is a true human being and very kind! I would highly recommend these hosts to everyone. Nice house. Nice location. We even used the beach chairs they had there, since the weather was beautiful.
