Our beautiful 55 sqm apartment is located in Biesdorf-Nord 5 minutes from the S-Bahn and bus station Biesdorf, from where you need about 20 minutes to the city (Alexanderplatz, Unter den Linden). At the S-Bahn station is the Schlosspark Biesdorf and a children's playground, as well as a penny market. The accident hospital Marzahn is 5 minutes by car (for visitors). If you do not want to cook or have a barbecue on the terrace it is about 10 minutes walk and you can choose between German, Italian or Greek cuisine.

Meine beiden Kinder und ich hatten einen sehr netten Aufenthalt in einer Unterkunft, die genau geliefert hat, was die Beschreibung und andere Bewertungen vor mir versprochen haben. Gespannt war ich auf die Nähe zu den Bahngleisen, aber das hat null gestört und war einfach nur sehr praktisch! Jederzeit wieder

Beautiful Biesdorf
The apartment provided a pleasant and comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and more than enough bedding and towels were provided if required. The apartment was very clean and pleasantly decorated throughout. While we did not utilize the kitchen facilities during our stay, they appeared to be adequately equipped for meal preparation. The location was highly convenient, situated just a 10-minute walk from our family's residence. A Penny supermarket is conveniently located within a 5-minute walking distance. Despite being directly opposite the S-Bahn track leading to S Biesdorf station (less than a 10-minute walk), the noise from the trains was barely noticeable. The transportation links were very convenient and within walking distance, as mentioned in the listing. Communication with the host was excellent. I was promptly provided with all relevant information and even received a phone call the day before our arrival to ensure that everything was in order.

Rundum schöner Aufenthalt in Berlin
Angenehmer Aufenthalt im Grünen am Rand von Berlin. Die S-Bahn Station ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, so dass die Mitte in etwas mehr als 20 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Uns hat es gut gefallen, jederzeit wieder !

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Gastgeberkontakt war freundlich und nett. Unterkunft klein und fein, haben nichts vermisst.. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Gastronomie und Bahn Anbindung in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ja, man hört die Bahn vorbeifahren, aber das störte uns nicht. Schöne Unterkunft für einen Großstadt Besuch.

Gute Ferienwohnung in einer Wohnsiedlung
Gut gelegen, sinnvoll ausgestattet und sauber bot diese Fewo eine gute Basis für unseren Kurzurlaub in Berlin. Es handelt sich um eine freistehende umgebaute Garage oder Halle, man hat also keine Nachbarn im Haus. In wenigen Minuten ist man an der S-Bahn-Station, die fährt allerdings auch gegenüber vom Haus entlang. Bei leichtem Schlaf also Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen und alles ist gut. Würden wir jederzeit wieder mieten!

Amazing stay in Berlin
We are extremely satisfied and happy to be hosted by Herr Berndt. The apartment was clean, renovated, cosy and we had all conveniences we wanted. We travelled as 5 persons and it was a great place for us. The communication with the landlord was perfect and we are thankful for the great stay! /// Wir sind äußerst zufrieden und glücklich, von Herrn Berndt beherbergt worden zu sein. Die Wohnung war sauber, renoviert, gemütlich, und wir hatten alle Annehmlichkeiten, die wir uns gewünscht haben. Wir reisten als fünf Personen und es war ein großartiger Ort für uns. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt, und wir sind dankbar für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Erholung unmittelbar neben Bahngleisen?
Und mit 'unmittelbar' sind hier ca. 15m Distanz zwischen Schlafzimmerfenster und Gleisbett gemeint. Diese Info konnte ich in der Anzeige nicht entdecken. Und mit 'im Grünen ' ist die Thujahecke vor dem Fenster gemeint???Wir fühlten uns veräppelt, Erholung war nicht möglich. Aber vielleicht sind wir da etwas eigen...

Tolle Unterkunft
Wir (2 Erw., 1 Kind) waren für 6 Tage hier; Lage großartig (gute Umgebung, ruhig), Sauberkeit gut, sehr netter Vermieter! Kurzer Weg zur Bahn und Supermarkt und Imbiss (20 Min mit der Bahn nach Mitte). Alles da für einen Kurztrip! Immer wieder gerne noch mal. Zur Begrüßung lag Schokolade bereit!

PLEASANT COMFORTABLE STAY
The property is self-contained. The internet is very good. Everything works. Bathroom is sizeable and hot water shower is excellent. Kitchen is small, a one-person operation. By car, to get to House No 42, you need to enter Kulmseestrasse from Maratstrasse. At Biesdlorf railway station there is a good Penny Supermarket with ample car parking (1.5 hours free). Opposite the station is a small Kebab shop - large helpings. You can but 24 hour AB train tickets for cash at a booth at the foot of the station overpass. Driving into Berlin is simple.
