Very nice central apartment 20 minutes walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral and large park (Augarten) in front of the house. A place that has become a hip place in recent years, from which you can walk to the subway in 3 minutes and be in the natural bathing area of the old Danube in 20 minutes, or in 10 minutes to the most important and largest museums - or what ever you want
Quiet sleeping in the old building at the turn of the century is just one more reason why this apartment is so cozy.

Nice and cozy
The apartment is cozy, it has wood on the floor on all the apartment. It has an elevator. The apartment is clean and it has everything you need. We didn't use the Kitchen, so I don't know if it's well equipped. The bed is a futon, but really comfy. The apartment comes with bed linens and towels so you don't have to bring your own. Christian is always available and give you useful tips about transportations and parking when needed. He asked if everything was ok and he's there if you need him. Communication with him is very easy and quick. The toilet is separated from the rest of the bathroom which I found a good thing. The apartment is 100 meters away from the metro station, and you can litterally reach every corner of Wien from there. We stayed 5 days and never used our car. Thank you for everything Christian!

Stilvolle Altbauwohnung in ruhiger und verkehrsgünstiger Lage
Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen gelegenen Seitenstrasse. Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. Altstadt (1. Bezirk) auch mit einem längeren Spaziergang erreichbar. Prater und Augarten in der Nähe. Kommunikation mit Herrn Kovac war sehr angenehm. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Lieu très agréable dans un decor agréable
Appartement très agréable avec une belle décoration. L'appartement est au calme avec tout ce qu'il faut pour vivre une semaine. Il est proposé pour 4 personnes mais idéalement pour 2 (la configuration des pièces en enfilade ne facilite pas la vie à 4). Un atout supplémentaire est la proximité des commerçants et des transports (moins de 4 minutes).

Spacious, roomy, nice furnishings, but small, awkward kitchen, and could have been cleaner
We liked the spaciousness of the apartment, the furnishings, the living room/dining room, the big main bathroom, and especially the colours. The toilet is separate and close to the front door, near the kitchen. A little far from the bedroom, perhaps. The location suited us well in a quieter, residential neighbourhood within a 20 to 30 minute walk to downtown Vienna. There's a great market about 5-10 minutes walk away, at Carmelitergasse, where we bought some great fresh fruit and veggies, and ate at a great vegetarian/organic restaurant - has THE best curries. Underground public parking here is the closest parking to the apartment - if you have car. No public parking on the streets in this neighbourhood. Otherwise, there's a convenient subway station about 3 minutes away. If you are planning to make your own meals, the kitchen was small and awkward, and not well equipped. It would be fine if you're planning on eating out though. The whole apartment could have been cleaner! If the host is cleaning it himself, we recommend he gets a professional cleaning service in to do that for him. Wifi was fine but we had a few problems getting connected, however the host was easily accessible by text/phone. A good place to stay for the price.

Beautiful house
We were a group of four friends, Dr. Christian was always helpful and polite, even before we got in the house. This was comfortable and equipped, the kitchen was a little small but had all the amenities, including a dishwasher! The location is really convenient, close to metro and a few stops of this, from the center. I recommend this house and the kindness of Dr. Christian to, groups of friends, small families or couples in love!

Verlängertes Wochenende in Wien
Wir hatten schöne Tage in Wien. Die Fewo ist ruhig und gut gelegen. Die gesamte Abwicklung lief prima und auch An- und Abreise ließen sich gut abstimmen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
