The 80 sq. meter vacation apartment situated nearby Schloss Schoenbrunn (the famous castle with the park and the zoological garden) has over 3 rooms with a total of 5 beds, a centrally accessible entrance room, a completely equipped kitchen with a seating area, a bath and a separate WC. This vacation apartment is in no way comparable to a tiny hotel room.. A highchair and a cot are available for small children as well as a work place with internet access for business travelers. 2 Cable-TV units as well as a HiFi-system are also available.
By means of the subway-station near at hand you will get to the centre in 15 minutes. In front of the apartment you'll find no-charge public parking lots.

A lovely home from home

The apartment is well located, in a quiet neighbourhood close to the subway, just a short ride from the city centre. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and the facilities are excellent. There are shops for provisions within walking distance. For us, the apartment was a home from home, somewhere where we enjoyed to return to after a busy day sightseeing.

Schöne Wohnung

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist gut eingerichtet,es fehlt an nichts. Jeweils 5 Min. Von U-bahn und Straßenbahn entfernt in einem guten ruhigen Wiener Viertel. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls in 5 Min. Umkreis erreichbar. Parken am besten im PR Hüttelsdorf (sehr günstig) und von dort mit der U-Bahn direkt zur Wohnung. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Für kurze und lange Aufenthalte bestens geeignet

Die Anbindung an die U-Bahn ist hervorragend, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, es ist eine ruhige Wohngegend. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauchen könnte. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert.

Es war eine sehr schöne und saubere Erdgeschoss Wohnung am Rande der Innenstadt mit sehr guter U-Bahn Anbindung in einer ruhigen schönen Wohngegend Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war auch sehr gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Bei wärmeren Wetter lässt sich auch ein schöner Garten nutzen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dieser war auch telefonisch gut erreichbar. Christian nous a accueilli très tard avec le sourire et nous a fait visiter comme il se doit le logement. Celui-ci était facile d'accès à deux pas du métro à qques arrêts du centre de Vienne. Le logement était superbe. Propreté, espace et surtout, il y avait toutes les petites choses du quotidien pour bien être chez soi. On a passé un excellent moment en famille, on recommande vivement ce logement !

Schöne EG-Wohnung

Na een uur of 8 treinen, arriveerden we in Wenen. Met een taxi naar het appartement, waar de heer Süss ons al opwachtte. Alles prima uitgelegd en “Als er iets is, altijd contact zoeken.”

Lage der Ferienwohnung zentral in Hietzing, Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber pieksauber , Wohnung war trotz Temperaturen um 35 Grad angenehm kühl , auch zum Schlafen In ganz Wien gibt es z.Zt. Mo bis Frei 9 bis 21 Uhr nur Kurzparkplätze, ansonsten muss man alle 2 Stunden einen Parkschein ins Auto legen oder ins (teure, entfernte) Parkhaus fahren, daher 1 Stern Abzug, der Vermieter kann das jedoch nicht beeinflussen

Cute and comfortable

Stayed for about a month with my fiancee- met all of our needs, and have us a taste of local living. Grocery store and bakery close by - and about 5 minute wall to Vienna's excellent transit system.

Wonderful Stay In Vienna, Austria

We stayed here over New Years and had a fantastic time. The apartment is in the middle of a quiet neighborhood. There is a small market and McDonalds within walking distance. We utilized Uber so we did not use the rail system. It is about a 15 min car ride to the middle of town and about 25 mins to the airport. The apartment has 2 br, 1 ba. We had 5 people (3 adults and 2 kids) in our party and it worked perfectly. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the other room has 2 twin beds and a cot. There is a washer, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffeemaker. The apartment is furnished with cups, plates and linens etc. The owner, Mr. Süss was a pleasure to work with. He responds timely and readily available if there are any questions.
