391 Loraine Ave. - Right hand side of ranch duplex with a beautiful bay window with a view of the monument.
Newly remodeled private ranch style home located right in the heart of the island’s downtown Put-in-Bay. The rental has two bedrooms, a queen pillow top luxury bed in each; one full large bath with tub, central A/C, wireless internet, smart TV, sectional sofa, an additional queen air mattress, fully equipped huge kitchen with plenty of seating and on-site parking. Additionally, an amazing resort pool, lazy river, hot tub & swim up bar directly out back door (open summer seasonally). The home is family friendly, and all furnishings are new and tastefully decorated in a lake/island/nautical style. Located within steps of restaurants, entertainment, parks, public docks, shopping and National historic monument. So, Y-Knot Stop Inn?

Great house near the action

We loved it! Had my bachelorette party on the island and the house was perfect for that. Great location if you’re looking to walk to all the bars and things. The house itself was so nice! Has everything you need for an extended stay. Check in and out was very easy. You can tell they have put a lot of work into this property and it looks great. The host pretty much had everything we needed covered it was relaxing!

short-shrifted on pool access.

we were told that we could walk out back door to pool, but the hotel erected a fence on our 2nd day there. We had to walk all the way around to hotel entrance to get into pool, which was a major inconvenience for me and my old knees. owner didn't seem concerned.

Disappointed

We booked the house for two nights to attend the Luke Bryan concert. Unfortunately due to storms the concert was cancelled. We did not feel comfortable coming on Thursday afternoon due to the previous flooding and predicted storms that were coming through. When we contacted the owner via email it took over 7 hours for her to reply. When she did reply she said the sun was out and we could still enjoy the island. However the forecast was correct and there was a tornado warning and more bad weather. She would not refund anything at all or give any type of discount. We will never book through VRBO for Put In Bay again.

Great place in the perfect location!

Second year staying at this property. Easy check in, great communication by owner, clean, updated and located within a minute walk to downtown. It’s a bonus that we have access to the Islander Hotel pool and bar in the back!

The owner is absolutely WONDERFUL to work with!! The condo is clean and in a nice location to get to everything. We had a great getaway and look forward to renting the condo again!

Kelly is the best host!! The location can't be beat. Access to the pool is a big hit for my kids. Nice two bedroom, 1 bathroom. VERY clean. It's seriously perfect. It's quiet at night. Thanks Kelly for another fun birthday for my son.

Island vacation

This house was beautiful right from the start. It's cozy and inviting and stylish. The kitchen is a dream come true. The beds were so comfortable. The bathroom is huge. You step right out back to the lazy river and tables and chairs. There's 2 bars right there plus everything is within walking distance. There's stores and bars and restaurants and the boardwalk. There was a park and a playground right at the end of the street. There's so many things to do and our kids had a blast. The power went out for a bit and we still had fun. It rained half the day Saturday and we still had fun. The Internet was out the entire time and the communication with the owner was fast and helpful and we still had a great time. We didn't even notice any of these things. It was the perfect trip for my first time to Put in Bay. I will definitely do this again.

Beware of Owner

This place was in a good location, but that was about it. Beware as this owner will charge you the max amount for a damage/cleaning fee. Upon arrival you will notice closet doors missing (if one is present do not use) it fell off the track while we were there and were charged a fee. I would document all issues upon arrival to help your case when you get charged this fee. Although, the closet next to it already had a door missing, obviously these were not built/installed correctly. To help you guys out, there is tape to patch a hole in the bathroom, the handle in the tub is not installed correctly, door stoppers are broken through the doors, kitchen cabinets doors are broken and the front door keypad is not secure. Cleaning fee: Having 6 people in a small space for 3 nights there is going to be garbage. There is 1 garbage can outside, which fills up fast, due to the location of this unit other people must have been throwing trash in can. So we had to leave 2 garbage bags in the unit. The condition that the unit was left does not warrant the max amount cleaning fee. Yes, there was pasta sauce on the countertop/stove and the sheets/towels were not all in a pile in the bathroom. We did run out of paper towels, so could not clean up better. So the moral of the story if you were to stay low here, id tack on another max amount fee for your stay. Leave the place cleaner than when you walk in the door and hope no closet doors fall of the track.

A night on the island

Put in bay was a great halfway point for us to meet up with our friends from Michigan. It was the first time my wife or our friends had been on the island and we had an amazing night. I have them convinced we have to come back during the summer season.

The property was recently remodeled and is very spacious. It was spotlessly clean, in a great location, very well equipped and really the perfect place for our overnight get away. I would highly recommend!

Best house in Put in bay!

The house is newly remodeled. Very clean. Best part is when you open the back door, The pool to the islander hotel is in the backyard. It was Ausome. I recommend staying here for sure. You won’t regret it.
