This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo, situated on the intracoastal waterway & right across the street from white sand beaches, has it all! The heated pool, dock, & kayak launch fill your day with every sort of water activity. Four kayaks are available for your use & located in the unit’s garage. Then, walk across the street to the private beach to enjoy more Florida sunshine! For added convenience, a food mart, ice cream shop, & E bike rental are all located at the entrance to the property. Also included: 4 cruiser-style bicycles, beach wagon, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, pool noodles, & beach/pool kick boards.

Many Sea Shell residents also fish right off the dock. The mangroves all around us house some of the biggest snook, redfish, snapper & mullet!

Not into fishing? That’s ok! Lounge in the pool, explore the intracoastal by kayak, or walk over to the beach and relax on the beautiful white sand beaches. Don’t forget to catch the spectacular Gulf sunsets, too.

Many restaurants, bars, & shops are within walking distance! Right as you enter Sea Shell, there is a convenience store, ice cream shop & Ebike rental. The Dog & Parrot Bar & Grill , Indian Shores souvenir shop, Pirate themed mini-golf, Coffee shop, The Seabird Sanctuary, Caddy’s Bar & Grill, and the (in)famous Mahuffer’s Dive Bar are all easily accessible on foot or by bike. If you prefer a fine dining experience, definitely make reservations at Salt Rock Grill. The dress is Florida casual, but the food is fancy & delicious!

As you make your way up or down Gulf Blvd, you won’t be disappointed in the many unique shops, restaurants, & experiences. We never get tired of visiting John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk, the art shops & restaurants on Corey Ave in St. Pete Beach, the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, and parks all along the way. A little farther north, and about a 40 min car ride, you can walk the streets of Delightful Dunedin where local crafters & craft breweries are aplenty! Then, head just a bit farther and check out the famous Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks.

Great location and comfortable condo

We loved the location and comfort of the condo! It’s just a short walk to the beach across the street. We used the provided bikes to ride to the coffee shop and used the kayaks to fish on the intracoastal, such nice added features. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Check-in and out were super easy. The hosts responded promptly to any questions we had. We love this area and would definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect place to stay on the Gulf coast

The location was absolutely perfect. 5 min walk to a beautiful public beach (never crowded) with amazing sunsets and 30 seconds to the heated pool and the canal/bay. We really enjoyed the clean heated pool and we also used the kayaks. The dock would have been perfect for fishing but we ran out of time. The condo was super clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds and pillows were comfy. The view from the balcony included a quiet tree/ mangrove area and also a great view of the water. We saw dolphins fishing each morning and many pelicans and herons. The garage was very convenient and well stocked. We also appreciated the pack N play for our 1 year old! We enjoyed our long weekend and would love to come back again

We love this location!

The location of this property is ideal for enjoying both the itercoastal and gulf coast beach. This area was hit pretty hard by a hurricane, but is bouncing back quickly. There are so many things to do within walking distance, and the trolly system is great.

Great stay close to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay. Such a short walk to the beach & a nice pool. They provide sand toys, a wagon and a sunshade which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

Chasing sunsets in Indian Shores

Our stay at the condo in Indian Shores was wonderful! The condo was cute, cozy, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and everything was spotless. The area is beautiful, with great restaurants, ice cream shops, stores, and, of course, easy access to the beach. The pool at the condo was fantastic, and we loved having a wagon with beach essentials available to use. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again!

Very nice place for vacation.

The apartment is very cozy and has beautiful nautical decor. It has walking distance to the beach, shops and cafes. The apartment has everything you need for living. My family spent two weeks there enjoying every moment. The owner of the apartment Chris is very friendly and responsive. We would be happy to stay in this apartment again.

Perfect for Family!

This is a wonderful property for a family vacation. Accommodations were exactly as described. The pool was great. We enjoyed fishing from the dock. The beach is a short walk away. The garage has beach chairs, a wagon, sand toys and pool toys. Owners are also wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Indian Shores is a wonderful place to vacation!

Clean, roomy enough for 4 adults. Nice view of the intercostal waterway. The pool was nice. Kayaking was a nice plus!! Bicycles are available. Easy to cook and the washer/dryer was nice to have available.

Perfect for our family

We were looking for a place that wasn't so commercialized, but offered all the fun outside things. This condo was perfect, perfect lay out for a family. One side of the condo is the intercoastal, which allowed fishing from the small pier. A hit for the teenagers! The bait and ice cream shop on the corner was a hit too! Across the street to the beach we had all the things! the tent, the boogie boards, the wagon. We will stay here again. Having all the toys at the condo was a lifesaver. Can't thank them enough!!!! Highly recommend.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was located in an ideal location, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The kayaks, bicycles and beach toys were a feature that drew us to this property and certainly added to the fun we all had.

Something for everyone!!

We came in for our son's graduation from USF and this property was immaculate when we walked in and the check-in/check-out process was easy. Communications back from Chris were always quick, he even called when there was a glitch with messaging just to make sure we got the message. Plenty of bath and beach towels and having the washer/dryer there was helpful. But the "toys" included were what drew me to this rental... kayaks, fishing gear, bikes, and beach gear... we used them ALL!!! Just a really nice location to relax poolside or fishing off the dock and a short walk to the beach. And Chris helped hook us up with a charter fishing trip with Pocket Change out of St. Pete's and that was a great morning adventure, too! The only 2 things I wasn't thrilled with was the patio furniture in the living room and the pocket door for the master bath not working. The couch/rockers weren't the most comfortable. Outdoors they would have been fine but not after very long and busy days when you just want to crash and relax. But neither of these would deter me from booking again!! Definitely worth looking into, especially if you have an active family. Chris was wonderful to work with.

Wonderful condo

Our family of 6 loved the condo. Comfortable beds. All the needed items in the kitchen. What a plus to have all the beach items in the garage! We would definitely book again! Highly recommend.
