Great Location, Great Property

Everything we needed to visit family at Lake Hickory CC. 10 minutes to the golf course, 2 minutes to grocery and 15 minutes to Downtown Hickory. Villa was clean and well maintained. We will stay again!

Just right.

This house perfect for our weekend. House is very clean and everything in it was updated and modern. Beds were comfortable. Not lake front but also not lakefront price either. Also you can get a lake view from the porch which is nice. what we needed for our stay, we will be back again when we need a place to stay in that area.

Great View, Cozy, and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. This home was very comfortable with a nice deck. This home is very clean and has a great kitchen. We also enjoyed the deck and the grill. It was perfect for what my family needed. The host was easy to connect with and I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice place to relax.

Awesome, Well Located House

Awesome house located right next to a beautiful lake. Wonderfully decorated, good communication from owner, and well located close to Hickory. Excellent for a getaway.

Smoking property

Renters should be aware that the home smells of cigarette smoke. I needed some extra room(s) while coming home for Christmas, and chose this property because of it’s location close to my parents. Upon opening the door, I was hit with the smell of cigarettes, and my eyes started to burn. Fortunately, our children were camping with the grandparents. When I notified “the Real”, I was met with silence. On the positive, check in was easy, basic amenities were provided and the property is tastefully decorated. However it felt like a property flip with with lots of hard work invested and no heart. I will not be staying here again, nor can I in good conscious recommend it.

Hickory Dickory Dock

The place was nice and clean. Add a Hammock Swing on the Deck would be a nice touch. Can't do anything about the Traffic Noise.

Issues

Thunderstorm kept shutting the Fridge down, Cell was not accessing my contacts, and there was no Emergency contact info at the house. The steps going from the dinning room in to the living room was so well blended, three steps down, my spouse tripped several times going down. No she wasn't hurt. Could not find the outside trash container when we left.

Annual vacation at Lake Hickory

We have family in the area and visit every year. We chose this place for its convenience but it offers so much more. This is our second year renting this location and we look forward to returning next year.

Overall Good Stay

This home was very convenient and comfortable. Freddy was very easy to communicate with and replied within a timely manner and positive attitude to help us with whatever we needed! Only complaints we have are the inconveniences of the home. The lack of cleaning supplies made it difficult to stay clean daily until we purchased our own cleaning supplies. There also was a molded knife left in the dishwasher when we arrived, but it’s understandable and we took care of it. Everything else was perfect and we would stay here again! Thank you for the stay!
