Very cute cabin with a nice kitchen, perfectly situated by the river and not too far from hiking trails. Beds were comfortable and we were excited to be able to grill as well!
Great experience. The hosts were gracious. Close to great hikes and streams.
Could have used some more forks/knives, etc… but a 5-star experience in Terrero.
It was easy to find. Located close to every where we wanted to go. The host were exceptional, just like old friends. The fishing there was awesome. Perfect cabin for us. Beds were great. Will definitely go back.
Cute property and walking distance to the river. The property is rustic but in a good way. The interior has so many cute and thoughtful amenities. But most of all...the hosts are amazing and we want to return just to visit!
It was a great spot. Owner was attentive to whatever needed we needed. Great spot to fish.
Cabinet had everything we needed plus games.
Privacy. Will recommend to everyone.
We had a great time. Hosts were excellent, we took the family and we will definitely be back. The private access to the river was amazing. Fishing was great. The cabin was perfect for what we needed. The grill was an awesome touch to cook dinner outside.
The cabin was quaint. On our first evening, it rained, so we made the most of the large front porch, enjoying the beautiful views and watching the wildlife roam the property. The host gave us access to a private fishing area, and we quickly caught our limit. We all had a wonderful time,
This was a great stay. Owner is wonderful. The cabin has 2 rooms with one full bed in each room. There is no cell service (win!) and there is wifi available as needed. The best part is the amazing fishing right across the street. This was a great, no frills, private, cabin. We are looking forward to a return trip.
Property owner ia very nice and accommodating. Woods to the back of the cabin and a 2 min short walk to the Pecos river for some fishing. I would definitely stay there again.
Beautiful, lost power and wifi connection for about 12 hrs.
Other than that it was a eye opening experience.
Will recommend to Family & Friends.
.Thank You .
We had a very nice weekend. The area is very beautiful. We have other friends who live up there so they came by and we visited with them as well. Was peaceful and the birds were amazing.
Cute little cabin tucked up on the side of a mountain. Water access is a couple hundred yards from the cabin through a public access campground. Not what I expected but it worked out great. We hopped around to several close rec areas. Dawn was great to work with, especially since we booked on short notice. Amazing place! I would visit again.
The owner sent a prompt message about check in and amenities. From the pictures, I was expecting smaller and less overall of everything.
My friend and I had spent all day hiking, and found the recliners exceptionally comfortable. Used the stove for a pot of coffee and we walked the grounds and checked out the access to the river that are 75 yards from the front door.
Beautiful access to a fly fishing spot.
Host was perfect, gave privacy and offered more than we needed. Good wifi.
We will definitely book this spot again if we are in the Pecos! Thanks again!
Cabin was in poor shape. Hot tub indicated in listing and photos was missing. Hole in wall filled with towel. Bedrooms had bare minimum. Window broken, and sealed with duct tape. Bedroom window would not close completely, no screens, bugs in cabin. We went in and found it uninhabitable and left without staying. Owner refusted refund
We wanted an upgrade from tent camping and this was good for us. The property is just as shown in the pictures: two bedrooms, bathroom, small living room and a kitchen. The campfire location was a nice touch. I greatly appreciated the wood provided by the owners. The Pine Shack needed some cleaning; I drove-up to some trash by the entry (Q-tips, dental floss, trash bin by the entry). There were numerous dead/live bugs by all the windows inside the property and numerous gnats flying in the porch area. The Pecos River is across the street from the home. The owners were very friendly and welcoming.
