Newly Decorated Top Floor Ocean Views!

Island Princess 706 is the perfect spot for your ideal getaway. There are many new updates and attention to detail. Enjoy three bedrooms, three bathrooms and the perfect patio to enjoy the stunning views of the ocean anytime of day.
We’ve added new king beds in two of the bedrooms, and a new set of twins in the third. With a sleeper sofa in the living room, it will sleep six adults and two children comfortably. The bathrooms adjoin each bedroom.
The 1300 square ft. unit has been updated with all new mattresses, linens, furnishings, fully stocked kitchen and new flooring in all the bedrooms. There are tv’s in each room and basic cable is provided along with free wifi. The dining table seats six and added seating at the large breakfast bar.
For 2025, Island Princess 706 provides free daily platinum beach service through La Dolce Vida from March 1st until October 31st for guest use. Two beach chairs, one umbrella and small table are provided. Open 8:00am to 6:00 pm weather permitting. Enjoy the sugar white sands of Okaloosa Island!
There are no pets of any kind allowed and no smoking or vaping.
A nice amenity is the exercise room on the property and a grilling area with both gas and charcoal grills. The seasonally heated pool with sun deck and hot tub is popular with our guests.
Island Princess is only 20 minutes from the Destin/ Ft. Walton Beach. Airport and only 6 miles from Destin. Excellent restaurants, shopping and family friendly places to visit are a short drive.

Amazing on the beach condo

We had a nice stay at Island Princess. Great location with a gorgeous view. Beds were comfy and everything we needed was in the kitchen. Would love to stay here again.

Spectacular view!

The incredible views from this clean, spacious condo can't be beat! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Okaloosa and will be planning a return trip soon. The condo had everything we needed and the gulf-front location is amazing.

Family Vacation

My family has stayed on Okaloosa Island since the middle 1970s and after almost 40 years at a different condo, we discovered the Island Princess last year. We loved it, so decided to book there again this year. Although this was a different unit, we loved the layout, patio furniture, decorations, and amenities. Our host was very responsive with communication. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed the room, beach and pool. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner around the floors and behind the doors and floorboards, noticed alot of dust. The washing machine was filthy, we had to clean dried soap scum off of it before using. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

We had such a great experience! The condo was very clean, and in a fabulous location. The description and items in the condo were exactly as listed. Beautiful area

The only downfall was there was construction. We knew that ahead of time though. I still rated it 5 stars regardless. The property owners were very nice, had wonderful communication, and easy to speak with. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful view and great location!

I stayed here the last week of June for the first time and absolutely loved it! The views of the ocean was beautiful and I enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning. There was plenty of space for my family of 6 and all my teenagers enjoyed the beach, walking to the pier and boardwalk, and being not too far from Destin activities. The condo was updated and it had everything we needed to cook from home and make the week comfortable. I was a bit worried about being on the 7th floor and waiting for elevators, but it wasn’t an issue at all!!! I’m ready to return and stay next year.

Condo was absolutely beautiful 💜 everything the description said it was. The view was stunning. Needed more towels as we stayed for 7 days but there’s a washer & dryer so we did just that. No complaints AT ALL

Good times

The condo was awesome! Plenty of room and great view. I ordered Walmart delivery for groceries and they showed up/delivered while we were unloading so it was perfect! The beach was not crowded like other places we have stayed. We went to Destin to eat (10 minutes) and it was against traffic, which was a huge plus. I will say they could use more carts for luggage because they were hard to find.

This is an awesome property that provides the comforts of home along with the amazing views of the beach. The unit is nicely furnished. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Our family really enjoyed our week…and we didn’t want to leave. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation

Great location on the beach. Condo was as described and clean. Beautiful view from the balcony. The only downside was that people put their trash by the middle elevator instead of using the trash chute. The bags of trash were there several days before someone removed it. This, of course, is not a fault of the owner. We also really enjoyed the pool. Overall great vacation in a great location.

Great stay

We had a great experience! The hotel was very nice and clean. The Island princess was very family oriented everyone was very friendly. Great stay! I will say that the elevators were a little bit of a hassle, you had to wait a little longer than usual for them to get to you. We also had a stain on our sheets, but that wasn’t a big deal either(we just washed them and covered the stain up.) We had a wonderful experience and know the value of a good clean hotel on vacation , and this was a great place!
