Berlin is always worth a trip!
Use our newly built apartment on the outskirts of Berlin. It is an ideal starting point for exploring the inner city of Berlin, with many cultural opportunities, as well as the surrounding area.
In our neighborhood there are riding stables, running, cycling and hiking trails as well as (E 11, R1) numerous bathing opportunities.
With us you are on vacation in the countryside and are quickly in Berlin.
Our apartment is located in the Waldesruh settlement, nestled in tall conifers. Waldesruh is a district of the municipality Hoppegarten and is located on the eastern outskirts of Berlin.
In the immediate vicinity is the Erpetal nature reserve, where you can go hiking or walking.
The European hiking trail E 11 is right at our feet.

Due to the convenient location of the apartment, the sights are accessible by car via the B1 / B5 or Berliner Ring easily accessible. In about 30 min. you are in downtown Berlin.
With the local transport you need approx. 40 min. to Alexanderplatz.
Equestrian fans can reach the Hoppegarten racecourse, the "racetrack in the countryside" in about 10 minutes.

Sightseeing in Berlin

Wir haben als Familie in der Ferienwohnung Entspannung gesucht und gefunden. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist Ideal für diverse Unternehmungen in und um Berlin. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, vielen Dank!

Mein Aufenthalt war gut nur haben mich paar Sachen gestört wie zum Beispiel Wasser ab 0:00 Uhr wird kalt gemacht Gewürze waren von 2019 abgelaufen!!!!!!! Für ein 6 jähriges Kind 60€ verlangt für 5 Tage aber igal ich würde die Ferienwohnung nicht mehr buchen viel zu teuer .

Schöne geräumige FEWO am ruhigen Stadtrand

Die Lage und Ausstattung, ergänzt mit nützlichen Kleinigkeiten durch die Vermieterin, bieten für einen Kurzaufenthalt am Stadtrand von Berlin (IGA, Natur) gute Möglichkeiten. Ein Auto ist nützlich (Anbindung an die S-Bahn), Fahrräder sind für die Erkundung der Umgebung (Wald, See oder ein Supermarkt) praktisch, die Bushaltestelle nicht weit. Der Bettkomfort ist abhängig von den Gewohnheiten (hier vielleicht etwas niedriger als normal und etwas "wolkenweich" statt fest).

War bis auf ein paar Sachen gut

Das Bett war sehr tief, für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet da man sehr schwer aus dem Bett kommt. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist auch nichts für ältere oder Menschen die auch mal bequem sitzen möchten. Man kann sich nicht an ein Rückenteil anlehnen und wenn sich 1 Person darauf lang gemacht hat war für die 2 Person kein platz mehr und auch kein Sessel vorhanden. Dann war nur ein korbsessel im Schlafzimmer der aber auch sehr unbequem war.

Wir kommen wieder

Wir haben eine super Wohnung vorgefunden.War alles da,Mikrowelle,Herd Kühlschrank,einfach alles.Bettwäsche und Handtücher ebenfalls.Badewanne und Dusche super.Alles blitzeblank ,und freundliche Vermieter.Wir fahren auf jeden Fall nochmals dorthin.Man kann Auto stehen lassen,und mit Tages oder Wochenticket überall hin.

Wir haben uns in der großzügigen modern ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung sehr Wohl gefühlt. Uns hat es an nicht gemangelt. Besonders die voll ausgestattete Küche hat unsere Erwartungen absolut übertroffen. Auch die freundlichen Vermieter sind positive zu erwähnen. Auf unsere Sonderwünsche (Kinderhochstuhl, Kinderreisebett) wurde problemlos eingegangen. Wenn wir wieder nach Berlin reisen würden wir gerne wieder bei Familie Schmidt in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung in ruhiger schöner Lage Urlaub machen.

Un alojamiento perfecto.

Un apartamento muy cómodo, totalmente equipado y diseñado con buen gusto. No nos faltaba de nada. Los dueños son muy amables y atentos. El apartamento está situado en una zona verde y tranquila en afueras de Berlin. Como es normal en Alemania hay un autobús cada 20 min. que te acerca hasta el centro. Un lugar perfecto para pasar unos días y visitar a Berlin.
