Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, storage room, living / dining room (30 sqm) with satellite TV, stereo, 1.40 m bed couch which can be used as an additional sleeping facility. Bed linen, towels, tea towels and table linen are incl. In addition, the 27 sqm sun terrace including Furniture and grill for sole use. Parking, WiFi, electricity and water are also included.
