Apartment Traumblick

The apartment stunning views located in the 1860 built Villa Bertha's home on the seafront in the old city of Sassnitz.
It is a 2-room apartment in the first Floor with about 50 square meters. From the apartment you have a direct view of the sea. The living room also offers a panoramic balcony and the bathroom also a protected roofed balcony. Here you can dry your clothes on a drying rack. A car carport is available. The apartment is ideally situated between Alt-Sassnitz and the harbor, very central but quiet. It is ideal for a relaxing holiday complaints.
The rental enthät course the local visitor's tax in Sassnitz. The tourist card I send you after payment of the final rental by mail.

Schnuckelige kleine FeWo

Genau das Richtige, um im Spätsommer noch ein paar schöne Tage an der Küste zu verbringen. Top Lage - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Hafen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Klare Empfehlung!

Unbedingt zu empfehlen

Herrliche Aussicht vom Balkon, sehr ruhig, tolle Lage. Von hier aus gelangt man schnell zum Hafen oder in die Altstadt von Sassnitz. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für den Nationalpark Jasmund sowie Rügens Norden.

Wohnung

Die Ausschicht wunderbar! Im allgemeinen ist das Mobiliar sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Schlafen im Bett bzw. auf der Coach fast unmöglich. Rückenschmerzen mit nach Hause genommen. Küche: Töpfe mußten von Schimmel befreit werden, Wasser konnte nicht genutzt werden. Keine Spülmaschine und Herd ist aus den 80er. Badezimmer und auch alle anderen Räume stark verschmutzt. Überall lange Haare (scheinbar von Vormieter) Fotos wurden angefertigt. Heizkörper für Handtücher scheinbar nie gereinigt. Dusche sehr klein.Schirmständer auf dem Balkon durchgerostet.

Prima vakantie uitvalsbasis

Ons verblijf was prima. Een prachtige omgeving en een mooie vakantiewoning. Zitcomfort is matig in de woning. Met name de zitbank is aan vervanging toe. Er is geen wifi. Wij hebben genoten van de omgeving en middels fietstochten de omgeving goed kunnen verkennen.

Traumurlaub in der Ferienwohnung Traumblick

Unser Urlaub war traumhaft und das geht nur, wenn auch die Unterkunft super ist. Der Balkon sorgt wirklich für einen Traumblick und war unser Lieblingsplatz wenn wir dort waren. Aber auch der Rest ist sehr schön und gemütlich. In der Küche ist auch alles was man benötigt. Vom Bad aus gibt es auch noch einen kleinen Balkon mit Wäscheständer, der praktisch zum Badesachen trocknen war.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Der Check In war etwas mühsam - die Schlüsselbox ließ sich nur mit Hilfe eines freundlichen Hausbewohners öffnen, müsste wohl mal geölt werden. Der Text zum Check In sollte überarbeitet werden, die genannte Kontaktperson gibt es dort nicht mehr. Sonst alles prima.

Urlaub und Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf die Ostsee

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Ferienwohnung liegt Zentral, für die Brötchen zum Frühstück 5 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe die ganze Woche geöffnet. Man kann die Umgebung zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erkunden. Eine Ausfahrt zu Königstuhl ist mit dem Bus zu empfehlen. Zum Sassnitzer Hafen ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Für das leibliche Wohl ist dort gesorgt. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub der zu empfehlen ist.

Titel: Eine Auszeit zum Entspannen!

Ich bin in eine helle und freundliche Wohnung gekommen, in der ich mich sofort heimisch fühlte. Es fehlte nichts, ich konnte mich nach meinen Ausflügen wunderbar entspannen.
