Work accommodations

The property is very comfortable and clean. The view is an absolutely gorgeous view of downtown Van and Lionsgate bridge and the ocean. Got everything you need there in the building and area. Beautiful area/Beautiful accommodations and wonderful property owners. Highly recommend this rental.

Great North Van Getaway!

We loved staying at this condo! It was comfy, clean, and a fabulous location! It is decorated very nicely and has a view to die for. We even got to watch a couple of nights of the international fireworks competition from the balcony. There is pretty much anything you can need walking distance, tons of great restaurants close by, and it is an easy hop over to downtown by sea bus. Alta and Cory are great hosts! Thank you.

Wonderful apartment

My family and I stayed for a month and it felt like home away from home. Alta and Cory were helpful, kind and willing to address any issue that might come up during our stay. Check in and check out process was a breeze. The apartment was super clean and just as advertised. It’s nicely decorated and very well kept. The view of Vancouver is just amazing, we enjoyed sitting out at the balcony just taking in the view. Also, the building is safe, has a supermarket within steps and a drug store around the corner. As well as many restaurants and different shops. At our arrival Cory was so kind to offer free bottle of wine, bread and beer. Our family stay was overall great and would definitely rent again. Thank you Alta, your rental is comfortable and lovely. Hope to be back!

Fantastic Stay!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful 7 week stay in this fabulous condo. The views are breathtaking and the style and decor are cozy yet stylish. The amenities are great, we used the gym, the hot tub, steam room and sauna regularly. The location is wonderful with everything you need just below the building. It's also an easy stroll or bus to get to the sea bus that takes you downtown. Alta and Cory were wonderful, meeting us for our arrival as well as our departure, a wonderful touch we often miss these days. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. We arrived to the fridge and pantry stocked with thoughtful items that meant we could enjoy our first breakfast without having done a grocery shop. If we come back to Vancouver we hope it will be available!

Great location

The views from the unit were fabulous and the unit itself quite spacious. The location was great, you don’t need a car as everything you’d need was a short walk away. My only less than positive feedback was how surprised I was with the amount of food in the refrigerator and cupboards, even opened food. I had to shift items around in order to create space for myself as I was staying for two months. I even had to discard items that had gone bad, I did not expect this.

Visiting family for the holidays

Perfect accommodations for our stay ! Very central location for all of our immediate needs. Easy ( walking ) to all restaurants and shops. We felt very secure in the condo complex. The elevators and under ground parking access were exceptional. The condo met all of our essential needs. Awesome view of Vancouver from morning till night, even sat out on the balcony on a few mild days in December. Due to local construction and a fire hall near by, it could sometimes be disruptive. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book a return trip. Cory could not have been more gracious. Location!! View!! Decor!!

Our family of 3, plus dog stayed here for 3 months during our move to North Vancouver after living in the U.S. We are so glad to have chosen this location! The view alone speaks for itself, but add-in proximity to restaurants, stores, cafes, and the Quay, we were golden! Just being able to stroll down to the Quay with our daughter to ice skate will always be a favorite memory. Did I mention the decor? Warm and cozy, thanks to Alta, we ended up buying furniture pieces from the same stores for our new place. Lastly, we can't forget to mention the small things that really made a difference, such as having a stocked fridge and necessities when first arriving. Completely unexpected, but such a nice touch after a long cross-country move. We will always be glad to have stayed, and made a friend in Alta and her son, Cory. P.S. Whole Foods Pizza is great and so is Nando's Peri Peri chicken, it's literally foot steps away!

Perfect location, wonderful view

We’ve been worldwide nomads for almost 4 years and this flat has the best location of anyplace we’ve stayed. Everything you might need is within a block or two; produce, groceries, a fine wine store, bakery, restaurants of all varieties, the list goes on. Public transport is easy, reliable, and safe. The bus picks up right outside the door and the walk down the hill to the sea bus to cross over to downtown Vancouver is so pleasant we only used the bus to get back up the hill. In fact, we didn’t move the car for two weeks once and only drove a few times during our month long stay. The apt is very comfortable and well stocked and the view is spectacular. There is a major construction project going on across the street. It does not impede the view but it is noisy. The good windows block out most of the noise but not all. There are also fire trucks and ambulances nearby but so it goes with urban living. If we return to Vancouver I would happily book another stay in this apartment.
