A quaint relaxing home with all new appliances, new central air, mattresses and windows, on a quiet street close enough to bike to everything, but peaceful and quiet for a great nights sleep! Owners provide bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas. 2 Full baths, and an outdoor shower. Queen sofa sleeper in Living room.
Linens and towels are NOT provided, but can be rented. (Pillows, and blankets are provided)

We cannot say enough good things about our stay! Impeccably clean & every detail thought of made for a relaxing weekend. So much better than being in a hotel! And the holiday decorations were a nice touch.We plan to return.

A wonderful Cape May home. You won't be disappointed.

Our party of 3 enjoyed our stay at Sandra's Village Green Quad home. It was a wonderful experience. We give it a well-earned 5-star review. It served as our ideal "base camp" for our visit to Cape May’s beaches, nearby Atlantic City casinos, various points of interest, and for a ferry day trip to Rehoboth Beach in Delaware. The home was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, cutlery, dishes, and other supplies. There were beach chairs and umbrellas as well as several bicycles for our use. The home is conveniently located within Cape May and is a very short drive to beaches, restaurants, and various points of interest. In closing, we highly recommend Sandra’s Village Green home for those seeking to visit and stay in Cape May.

Loved this place

House is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Loved the porch and beachy house. The 1 single mattress should be replaced however. Queen mattress and other single bed were very comfortable.

Beautiful home has everything you need. Lovely neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shop and the harbour. The beachy decor was so nice throughout the entire house. Would definitely recommend

Delightful Haven!

This home had everything we needed with a lot of thoughtful extras! Especially enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch. The home is decorated to perfection-very restful and refreshing. Everything was perfect. Sandra responded right away to my email inquiries and is an excellent host. We loved our stay!

Wonderful beach house

Cozy Home

We enjoyed our stay. The home was just as described. Clean and cozy. Beautiful beachy decorations. Comfortable beds. Perfect amount of room for our family of four. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch with the comfy seating and fan. Close to all Cape May attractions.

An amazing beach vacay!

This was our first time in Cape May and we fell in love with the town -- made possible by this amazing home! It was a short distance from the beach, was fully stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas so we didn't have to worry, the grill/outdoor porch was perfect for a night in, and having bikes to get around town was absolutely ideal. The home was so cozy and really felt like an oasis. So appreciate the hospitality and the stay!! We will be back :)

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy and Todd's lovely cottage! The home was so cozy, clean and decorated for the Christmas/winter season which was a nice touch. The 2 full baths came in handy as there were 4 of us including a 4 yr old. We were so close to everything which was great since we came for the beautiful Candlelight Mansion Tours. Although our visit was brief we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again.

Cozy getaway

Wonderful cottage, great location

We loved this renovated cottage with nice finishing touches like pretty kitchen tile, bright cabinets,very well-appointed with everything you need to make meals and coffee - nice dishes and glasses. Heated floor was a nice touch. Super clean. Outdoor yard included seating, fire pit and barbecue. Exceeded our expectations!! Recommend highly.

The Perfect Spot

We absolutely loved this little house! It was the perfect stay for our weekend getaway for a friend’s wedding at the Grand Hotel. We were a little disappointed to find out there were 2 full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower after seeing the listing stated three bathrooms but we made it work. We were happy to have 4 mirrors (2 full-size) for us 5 girls to get ready for the wedding! The place was clean and SO adorably decorated for fall, which was a bonus in our books! We met one of the neighbors who was so kind. Offered us to reach out to them, if we needed anything.

Cannot say enough about this lovely house. Everything was perfect. The owner was very responsive, the house had lots of little extra touches, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and while nor on the beach per se, was minutes from everything by car. Nicest beach resort home we have ever stayed in.

What a wonderful stay !!

Our journey in this vrbo was perfect ! Great location, very clean and very beautiful. We like to take the bikes and go downtown. Restaurants are newr by and the suggestions from Sandra was really helpfull. We went to Exist 0, Ugly Mug and Hit dog Tommy, really great choice. You have an Acme near the house. Be careful, linens and towels are not included in the stay. The tag for the beach was a great and cool surprise for us. I recommend it for sure !!

Perfect location, perfect property

We loved this house and the amenities. Everything seemed so new. Great location…quiet neighborhood and we mostly biked to beaches and restaurants in town. You can also drive to beach and park for free and bring your gear. So easy. Sandy was so responsive and super nice! We will be back! Highly recommend

Wonderful cottage stay

Our family enjoyed a nice, quiet week to kick off summer at Sandy’s cottage. It is very tastefully decorated and well appointed, especially in the kitchen. Close enough to everything, just a short bike ride or even a nice walk to the beach, Marina and even into town for shopping and dining….. but still feels like you’re in suburbia. Host was easily available for any questions that we had. We would definitely rent this place again.

Great Weekend Getaway
