This house offers an old West feel, but has all the modern amenities for your convenience. This home has a fully-stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room with a Smart TV, and a lovely back yard with a barbecue area and patio seating. Brand-new furniture throughout!

You’re just one block from Dayton’s historic Main Street, and a short drive from Sheridan or the beautiful Bighorn Mountains.

The Space:

You will have full access and use of the house 24 hours per day. Feel free to come and go as you wish by using the convenient keypad.

3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, kitchen, and laundry room are all a part of your stay in this cozy, family vacation home!

Check-in is easy and convenient! You will be given a keycode for 24/7 access to the entire house.

Guests will have the entire home to themselves. You will also have outdoor privacy with your own spacious backyard to enjoy!

Other Details to Note:
For parking at this property, there is plentiful space in front of the house for a full size truck and trailer. There is also a gravel parking pad just off the back patio that fits two full size vehicles. The house is located on a quiet street just one block from Main Street in Dayton.

Please note that this house has been thoroughly disinfected after each booking to comply with all recommended CDC guidelines. The hosts pride themselves on maintaining an ultra-clean, beautiful house.

As this property is located in a friendly neighborhood, guests are expected to lower noise levels after 10:00 pm.

Great stay at the cowboy cottage

I stayed here with my wife, dad, uncle, and their wives for a family reunion in town and I couldn’t have booked a better place to stay. The owner, Aric was friendly, responsive, and ensured we had everything we needed. Check-in and check out was a breeze and the location was great! Will definitely book this property again when I’m back in town for the next reunion.

It was a super nice place. Quiet neighborhood and super cute town. Didn’t get much time to explore but would love to go back and would stay at this property again. Master bedroom was very large with a nice bathroom. Other bedrooms were nice sized. Kitchen was large and well stocked!

Great place to stay in a quiet corner of the country.

Really enjoyed our stay. The hosts thought of everything. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Great little town in a scenic setting. Get your supplies in Sheridan beforehand. Groceries are limited in town but visiting the Mercantile for a treat and a keepsake was fun.

Close to the Bighorns!

Great location for our group. We trailered up to different trailheads daily to snowmobile. It was great to have an entire house to come back to and hangout as a group. The property manager Aric, was prompt to communicate and very helpful!

Perfect Home Base

We loved our stay here! It is a great location. Close to the big horns and Sheridan. The property had everything you could need. The beds were all comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. The back yard was a great place to hang out and play bean bags and grill. Would definitely come back and stay again!

Perfect Setup

We chose the Cowboy Cottage as a perfect place to explore the Bighorns, Sheridan, and the general area. The cottage is a perfect setup for outdoor adventures. Lots of room to spread out, perfect features, and a great location. We'll be back!

Great House

What a lovely place to stay. Very clean and provides all the comforts of home. Loved having some basics in the cupboards for cooking. A nice surprise to have coffee available too. I would highly recommend this home for your stay in the Dayton area.

Cowboy Cabin was the best!

We came to Dayton to celebrate Mother’s Day and a family birthday. Aric was super flexible about us moving our dates up when a family situation arose. He communicated very clearly about check in times and procedures, including things we needed to do before we left. The property is beautiful, well kept and spotless. There was everything in the kitchen we needed, beds were so comfy and we had plenty of room to lounge and watch movies at night. Lots of great outdoor space. Can’t speak highly enough of our experience!

Great, quiet location, perfect access to Sheridan and SE Montana. Really a nice place to stay.

Perfect for four fisherman to use as HQ and explore the area's rivers. Super clean, quiet and all the necessary amenities for cooking. Beds, linens, towels and all the comforts were new and clean. I've stayed at a whole bunch of VRBOs and between the property and the owner this is one of my favorites.
