The cabin is in a beautiful setting! Very quiet, relaxing, and cozy. FYI, it’s so remote that there’s no way to contact the host if/when issues arise until you get into town. I didn’t like that; our hot tub wasn’t working the whole time and it was impossible to communicate. Otherwise it was spacious and very comfortable!
Clean & comfortable 2 BR house as advertised. Located on roadside but feels private bc surrounded by trees. Close to town if desired. Easy check-in process. Nice hot tub. Would definitely stay again!
My family loved our stay here! The location was great! Perfect for my family of 5. Very secluded and being in a gated community it felt very safe. Pool access was a plus as well. It’s a short drive to all the action in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The house itself had everything we needed and was very clean when we arrived. We would recommend to anyone!
The process of renting the property was easy from start to finish. We just had some confusion when we arrived to the security gate because we didn’t have the information we needed to provide the guard. We were able to call and quickly receive the information we needed. We appreciated the discount offers for the attractions. Overall we had a great stay. Wish we had more time to stay at the cabin.
Thank you!

Nice cabin for a quick stay
You MUST have a parking pass from the gated community to stay in this cabin. The property management company did not provide this information to us and we had to spend 30+ minutes driving to get signal and send car registration information for a parking pass. The cabin was nice and the amenities were as described, except the shuffleboard table was not enjoyable without extra wax beads needed to play and coffee maker was not usable since there were no filters.
We enjoyed this property. It was nice that it was a gated community. The home was just like the pics. We greatly enjoyed all of the games and the hot tub. I only had 2 issues…1. The comforter on our bed had some spots on it as if it either hadn’t been washed or wasn’t washed well. 2. We are a family of 5 and were there Monday - Friday, and there needed to be more dishwasher tabs and paper towels. Other than that, it was a great stay; and I would still book with them again.

Southern Luxury review in Pigeon Forge area
The actual cabin was very nice, updated and modern. I was very happy with that.
My dissatisfaction was with the owner/property manager. They had told me several times through email and txt messaging that I wouldnt need anything upon arrival. Once I arrived, the security guard would not let me through the gate because my vehicle needed pre registered and I needed a bar code. They made me pull off the side of the road and I waited over 1 hour to get this resolved. First, no one would answer the phones at Eden Crest and when they finally did of course they couldn't hear due to lack of reception in the mountains.
The rest of my stay was nice but this was pretty big blunder in my opinion. If staying here, make sure that they register your vehicle and you get a bar code FIRST.
Also as an FYI for those staying, the driveway is very steep, narrow, and has a big drop off. This can be expected in this whole community so just be prepared.
We enjoyed our stay there, cute little cabin in the woods. Fun games to play for the kids and just a short walk to pavilion where you can play frisbee golf, corn hole and other fun games. The only thing I was not excited about was everything was internet streamed TV and I had to log in on the TV's with my personal info and could not get it all logged out before we left. Might want to check the gas in the grille before you start grilling, it was out of gas and we had to run up and exchange it at the gas station. Great place though and would love to go back.
Really enjoyed our time at this cabin. The location was great-- convenient to pigeon forge and the Great Smoky Mountain Park. Was a bit concerned since it's in a gated community, but the cabins are spaced out enough that it wasn't a problem. The setting for our cabin was perfect. We were up the hillside surrounded by tall trees-very peaceful. We used the washer and dryer and had no issues. Overall it was a great choice!
