Our 300-year-old farm is one of the last almost completely preserved 4-sided half-timbered houses in the region. During the renovation from 2002 to 2008, care was taken to preserve as many historical details as possible, so that today a very special flair can be admired. We don't do full-time farming, but animal lovers get their money's worth.
The former cowshed was converted into a wellness oasis with a sauna and relaxation room; You can cool off in the outdoor plunge pool, romance in the heated outdoor whirlpool with a wonderful view of the starry sky. The old dining vault is now used as a breakfast and lounge, where you can end the day harmoniously with a glass of wine. Our small house library and the house bar also invite you to linger.

Apartments: Our apartments have been awarded the highest category by the German Tourism Association - namely 5 stars. During the renovation of the building, particular care was taken to ensure that as many historical details as possible were preserved without sacrificing modern comfort. Each apartment has a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a living area with TV & stereo, a modern shower room and one or two bedrooms. They are comfortably and lovingly furnished.
Each apartment has its own free parking space. The holidaymakers can move freely on approx. 20,000 m² of land and use all outdoor seating groups. Barbecue and campfire should not be missing, of course. There is a storage room for bicycles as well as a guest washing machine and a tumble dryer (both for a fee).
The apartments are set up for self-catering. If you want, you can get fresh bread at the door handle.
Despite all efforts, an old house falls short of today's noise protection requirements. We therefore ask our guests to be considerate of each other and deliberately refrain from accepting people under the age of 18.
Wellness applications: All wellness treatments are carried out by experienced therapists and / or our naturopath. Because not everyone likes everything, we would like to respond individually to our holidaymakers. To give you the opportunity to relax during your vacation and switch off in peace, we offer you numerous options:

* Use of the sauna for a fee and the heated outdoor whirlpool

Surroundings / animals: Our farm is in a secluded location slightly above the village. Niederfrohna has its own exit from the A 72 motorway, so that tourist destinations can be reached quickly and easily. The hilly landscape is ideal for hikers and cyclists. The Mulde valley with its castles, palaces and museums invites you to discover. But Chemnitz, 15 km away, is always worth seeing.
If you don't want to go far, you will find a small swimming pond on the wellness ranch. Farm vacation is only for small children? No! The harmonious handling of animals also has a stress-reducing effect for adults. Already at the parking lot you will receive our donkeys with a friendly I-Aaa. Watch the goats climbing, give our sheep lambs milk with the bottle, watch the ducks and geese bathing ...
If you want, you can also insert an extra fitness unit during the stable work. You can safely enter all of our outdoor enclosures.
