This space is freshly renovated with clean terrazzo floors and unique Florida driftwood. Plenty of privacy and spectacular sunset/sunrise views from the front-porch. Whether you're here for a rocket launch, the surf, fishing, boating or just the sun . . . this is a serene spot complete with beach chairs, umbrella, wii video game, books, sleeper sofa and more!

Perfect!

Less than expected

The parking is too close to neighbors, this place is old and it's not as expected based on the pictures. This place smells very old, the bathtub is extremely small and old and the water never gets hot...just barely lukewarm.We stayed in a rental last year about a mile ftom hear that is a duplex, further from the beach but so much more modern. There are ants in the kitchen, bugs in bed biting my husband, furniture is extremely wirn

Beach Getaway

I booked this stay last minute after the hurricane messed up my trip to Mexico. Great location, easily walking distance to the beach, good food options around. Home was clean and well taken care of. Hosts were very nice and welcoming.

Convenient, comfy, perfect place to call base

Drove the in-laws down to spend time with family and needed a get away base to call our home for 6 days. This was a perfect find. Situated between the beach and the bro in laws home (where the in-laws stayed) We spent the mornings walking the beach and doing our thing and doing family time in the afternoons. Was one of our favortite vacas between family and alone time. Home was equipped with all the items you need, most importantly comfy bed, shower with perfect water pressure and having a washer and dryer! We will be back!!

Close to everything! The beach - 1 block away and a nice walk.

Great location & clean. Remodeled older duplex with nice porch. Very close to beach access and good viewing for launches, within easy walking distance to a few restaurants.

A cut above your standard stay

I've stayed at a lot of rentals and hotels through the years and this place had some of the best linens and sleeping arrangements of them all. It has a super comfortable memory foam bed, high quality sheets and bedding, and great bathroom towels - the thick, soft and luxurious kind that you don't normally see in a rental, not even a hotel like the Ritz. Stuff like this really shows care for the guests and my wife and I very much appreciated it. Also, the kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, kitchen utensils, a blender and two coffee machines, a Keurig and regular coffee maker. (If only it had a Nespresso!) For 11 nights as part of a work trip, we spent a lot of time in the house and having a well stocked kitchen made us feel very at home. The work desk was great for me and location is also great for access to the beach. Our only small disappointment was the fact that all the windows at the rear of the house are frosted. The frosting still allows some diffused light in, but it prevents you from seeing the rear of the property and created a bit of a closed in or almost claustrophobic feel for us, especially in the kitchen. It's not a big deal, but something I think the hosts should reconsider and change. The hosts are very responsive and this place is definitely deserving of 5 stars.

Steps to the Beach

Our stay was just what we needed while visiting family in Satelite Beach. The owners contractor was just finishing the installation of a new roof as we arrived and we had a very quiet stay. We walked 2 blocks to the beach each day walking off the great meal from Antonio & Victoria's. The driftwood throughout the home was beautiful and made you feel like you were at the beach. The Owners live on the other side of the duplex and were very nice. The only issue was the windows to the back yard were frosted so you could not see out, for the owners private use of the back yard. It's a minor thing but unexpected. The beds were comfortable and the location was close to everything you need.

An Enjoyable Getaway

The house included everything described in the listing and it was impeccably clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, the towels were fluffy and the king bed was comfortable (we didn't use the other bed). The washer/dryer was right off of the kitchen and was very convenient. Although the beach is right up the street, my husband and I enjoyed taking the car to the next light south and going to Pelican beach where we could park close and didn't have to walk with chairs, etc. There is also a shower there to rinse off. All in all a great vacation. (My only suggestion to owners is to make a bathtub mat available.)

Amazing Property-close to Beach

We spent 3 weeks here and loved it! This property is nicely decorated and comes well stocked. We enjoyed the easy walks to the beach with the provided chairs and small rolling cooler. Highly recommend staying here!

Adorable property!

We were very happy with the location of the property. It’s close to the beach, restaurants and bars. It has all the comforts of home. Super clean and adorable. It was an easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!

Such a cute , quiet place!

We loved our stay here so much and plan on coming back. It was so clean, quiet, and very convenient to everything. Adorable decoration and tons of driftwood that left beachy vibes. The beach access is a quick walk. We can’t say enough great things about this place.

Perfectly comfortable and close to beach!

We were really impressed with the attention to detail the hosts provided to make our stay comfortable- from beach towels, chairs and sunscreen, to coffee and tea (including creamer and sugar!) for breakfast, they seemed to have thought of everything! The place was really cozy and artfully decorated, and very comfortable. The walk to the beach was short (maybe one block) and pleasant, and the beach was gorgeous! The hosts were attentive but not intrusive, and very helpful. We are already considering going back again next summer!

Terrific Property

Property was sparkling clean and well equipped. We brought a lot of stuff we wouldn't have had to. Excellent walking distance to sparsely populated beach. Quiet neighborhood great for walking or bike riding. Hosts are right next door but very unintrusive and just let us do our thing. Perfect for a relaxing time away. I can't recommend this rental enough!

Memorial Beach Getaway

Very charming, clean, well decorated duplex. Very close to beach. We drove to public beach park (Pelican Beach) but could have easily walked. Quiet, everything we needed. Very relaxing time. Owners live in other duplex, very helpful & nice. Highly recommend.

Awesome beach getaway at a super clean home

Awesome experience at this property. Check in was seamless and we were immediately blow away with how cute and clean the house is. The beds were comfortable and they supplied toiletries in case you forgot anything. Kitchen was efficient and stocked with necessities as well. This property is Very close to the beach and Heather and Nate were very attentive hosts. Thanks for having us we will be returning in the future.
