This part of the Pineapple Pad is the perfect space for a small family and quick trip to the beach! The fun bunkbeds make such a unique getaway for the kids and the king bed allows the adult to sprawl out and relax. The studio is located on the 1st floor and is poolside so you can watch the littles swim as you relax on the front patio. The unit comes with a smart TV with cable, seating area and a small kitchenette which offers a small refrigerator, microwave, and keurig coffee maker. This unit can be rented as is or combine it with unit (104) next door and open up the space to a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that can sleep up to 6! - ask host for details. The pineapple pad is located in the newly converted Coastal Waters condominium that has some great onside amenities such as a heated pool, gas BBQ's grills, outdoor lounge chairs and direct beach access. Centrally located, next to 27th ave park, and within walking distance to many great restaurants such as Izzy's Tacos, SoNapa Grille and Chases on the Beach!

Generally fine and as shown. Shower had no pressure and towels were old. Small for 4 but not terrible. Keurig coffee maker but no pods nor coffee cups. Fantastic location, nice pool.

Not worth it.

Did not get check-in info till 11:30am day of check in. Requested early check-in as i could not return to property till after 8pm and did not get a response till i had already showed up and was denied by the cleaning lady. Upon arrival at 830pm there was absolutely no parking infront. I had to unload my vehicle in the dark with 2 children and then park across the street in a dark parking lot and cross a 4 lane rd in the dark to get back to my room (twice because i forgot something). Upon inspecting the room it did not smell clean just muggy, there was pubic hair in the shower, the bed did not have a protective cover on it just a thin fitted sheet that you could see the mattress detail very clear through. absolutely no parking

Beautiful spot

Our family loved waking up and walking right out to the beach in the morning. The pool was nice as well with a view straight to the ocean. The unit was clean and pretty however the code for check in was wrong and we had to contact the owner to gain access upon arrival. Sadly we had more trouble the next day when we weren’t able to unlock it and had to wait an hour to get in.

This property was in a ( gated community) meaning there are gates to get out to the parking lot, but you need a key (which is provided ) to get back in . The pool was a few steps out the door ,The access to-the beach is very short walk from the pool The condo itself had a comfy bed and pillows and cute bunk bed if needed .

Not the best room at Coastal Waters

This was our 2nd stay at coastal waters. Our 1st room was much cleaner and more welcoming than this one was. But it was also a little more expensive. It wasn't horrible for the price and it was definitely available at very short notice. Just little things like hair-wads on the welcome mat and tiny bloodstains on the pillowcase-less pillows...oh and ______? stains all over bottom bunk. Roach traps in the bathroom etc. But it was perfect for our needs of after dinner sit by a pool anniversary soiree lol. 🤣 does not determine us from booking here again. Just not this room 👌

We had a good time during our stay but I was a little disappointed. The pictures originally online showed a bigger studio. It was very small. The Wi-Fi didn’t work well. There was no gate key in the room to enter the beach. We had to jump the fence because the other ones in nearby properties were damaged. Whoever does the cleaning does not do a very thorough job. Under the bed was gross, dishes were dirty, drawers were dirty. Positives were that it was a lot of fun for our 4 year old. She loved the bunk beds and the pool which was nice and warm. The beach was beautiful and close. The adult bed was also very comfortable. Overall it was a nice time but I’m not sure this particular rental was worth the money.

Will never book here again

Where to start! Did not receive email with codes from the owner(Vanessa) of the condo. Waited an hour to finally get a response. Is Not the room I saw online to rent!!!! I booked with kitchen, bedrooms and a couch. We brought food to cook couldn’t do it so we had to eat out there was 1 coffee cup((it was dirty) and 1 plastic cup in the room. We parked a couple times across the street at 7-11 because no parking room at dwelling. Since there is no management on the property it was a free for all for a family from Orlando they booked 2 rooms and had approximately 100 people there for a birthday party. They trashed the pool to the point it had to be shut down. I have tried to contact Hotels.com and was sent to Expedia, vrbo and the owner Vanessa and yet nothing was done! I as an adult had to sleep on the bottom bunk ( other person is handicapped and needed the whole bed hence needed 2 bedrooms)and my granddaughters on top since there was only 1 bed and bunk beds!! The side gate is never locked so people that weren’t staying there utilized the pool also. I’m very dissatisfied! Ok the good:the king bed was comfortable ( you only have 6 inches on one side to get out of it. I sat and watched tv on it) ceiling fan and a/c work great. Bring a light bulb if you want light in the lamp and trash bags if you are throwing anything away. We spoke with several people there and everyone that rented from Vanessa had problems getting in. No emails sent and attitude when they spoke.

Awesome stay.

We really enjoyed the stay at this property. Everything as it was listed. Property was very clean and all was up to date. The door and gated patio to the property was facing the pool and was very pleasant. The property had lounge chairs at the far end facing the ocean you can sit on the property and overlook the beach. Overall the property was very clean and neat which is hard to believe since we just had a hurricane about 3 weeks ago. Hats off to the maintenance man for that I know that properties right on the beach takes a beating but things looked great, and you couldn't tell. I would highly recommend and I will be continuing to visit the property.

Weekend Stay

Pros: 1) The location was great 2) Bed was comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds 3) Beach supplies were provided 4) Great taco/ice cream stand across the street Cons: 1) Space was small but as advertised 2) The lobby code given was incorrect but Vanessa answered my call right away and gave me updated code 3) Shower wouldn’t turn off (better than not turning on)on second night, but again Vanessa was prompt in responding to issue All in all we would stay there again and probably rent 104 & 105 together if available
