Loggia (10 m²) overlooking the greenery of the estate and equipped with a table, garden chairs, 2 deckchairs, a grill, and an awning. Entrance hall with wardrobe. Pantry with dressing room, refrigerator/freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board. Kitchen open to the living room (2-burner ceramic hob, microwave, extractor hood, washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster). Main room with a double Rapido sofa bed (140 cm), dining area, stereo system, and television. Small bedroom with a trundle bed (2 single beds, including one mattress (80 cm) and one mattress (70 cm), a small portable air conditioner, and storage. Shower room with walk-in shower, sink, and hairdryer. Separate toilet.
Linens and towels not provided. Mandatory cleaning fee: €37. Deposit: €500.
Fee-based tennis: €6/hour - Fee-based swimming pool: Adults and teens aged 13 to 17: €5/day - Children aged 6 to 12: €3/day - Pool open from June 1st to September 15th.
