Our newly renovated house boasting all luxuries to make your stay as exquisite as possible: lovely pool surrounded with designed deck, standard size Pool Table for afternoon chill-out games, High-speed Wi-Fi, large smart TVs, nap-worthy couches, terrific dining area, drool-worthy kitchen with an enormous island that can sit 8 happy diners, and so on - we've got you (and every single one of your guests) covered!

You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/dryer baby crib and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all!
Our back yard is absolutely PERFECT- entirely fenced off, complete with the beautiful deck surrounded' pool, lounge set, and sitting/dining area. We’ll make sure you are happy and breezy on even the hottest Texan days!

Our property provides peacefully isolated feeling, and yet we are close to everything exciting and vibrant that Dallas Fort Worth has to offer as we are located minutes away from DFW Airport, AT&T Stadium, Downtown Dallas and Fort worth stockyards.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood in Grand Prairie, Texas.

We are step away from everything exciting and vibrant that Dallas Fort Worth has to offer. Just 11miles from DFW Airport, 6.5 miles from the AT&T Stadium, 12 miles from Downtown Dallas and 23 miles from Fort worth stockyards.

In addition to the many amazing attractions offered in the nearby major cities, Grand Prairie has plenty to see and do itself. You’ll be close to nature with lots of parks and lakes nearby. Lynn Creek Park features boat ramps, picnic areas, beach areas, volleyball courts just a 7.5 mile drive! For some great family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 3.5 miles away. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, 3.5 miles away in neighboring Grand Prairie. You can also pay a visit to the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 9 miles away. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days!

We are a cozy home in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood in the suburbs of Grand Prairie. Our home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants!! The best part about our location is that we live 1.5 miles away from the main avenue where you will be able to find all of the stores, restaurants, entertainment!!!

- PET FRIENDLY STAY -

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. We allow house-trained pets for a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard.

- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -

We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. If you're uncertain about whether your stay falls within these guidelines, please consult with us before booking.

- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS -

Our nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged.

- ADDITIONAL BEDROOM

The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8+ guests, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements.

- ENTERTAINMENT -

All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you.

- NO INDOOR SMOKING -

Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.

- POOL -


The pool is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool guy will enter using the backyard door.

- LANDSCAPING -

The landscaper goes once a week.

- SECURITY CAMERAS -

For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.

- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -

Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.

- PEST CONTROL -

This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.

The garage has been remodeled as an extra room.

Interaction with Guests:
Whether you need an extra towel, can’t find the oven mitts, or want advice on where to get the best steak in town, we have your back. Just give us a shout, we’re here, available 24/7 to make your visit spectacular!

Please note that for reservations made through VRBO or any channel where we are collecting the payment, Ready Set Build is the merchant of record. Additionally, a $700 security deposit is required, which will be refunded 2 days after check-out, once we verify the house is in good condition.
