This large 30m2 studio is located on the 1st floor (2nd American floor) of a very quiet building, with elevator, located in a quiet little street. Upon entering, you will discover a welcoming main room, equipped with a double bed (160x190), two comfortable armchairs and a desk area. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals. The functional bathroom includes a shower, a toilet and a sink.
This studio is ideally located at 5 rue de Braque, in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, in the heart of the historic and lively Marais Beaubourg district. It is a few steps from the famous George Pompidou center (Beaubourg) and rue Rambuteau, a major shopping street. The “Rambuteau” metro station is less than 200 meters away, making it easier to get around the city.
Less than 10 minutes on foot, you can visit emblematic sites such as Notre-Dame Cathedral, Beaubourg, and the Musée des Arts-et-Métiers.
