This small house is very cozy but doesn't have a washer & dryer which would make things a little easier on those who stay for more than a couple of days. The closest grocery store is about 10 min away. The view from the back of the property is of a mountain and the sunsets we saw were spectacular.

Spectacular Visit

This property was a peaceful retreat for the Thanksgiving holiday. Amazing views and nature. Horses on the bordering pasture are friendly and add to the experience. Neighbors dog paid a visit and was also friendly. Cozy interior with a nice backyard for fires and amazing sunsets. Front and rear porches for a peaceful sit and your morning coffee. Host Kara is super friendly and informative. Was always available to answer questions. Will definitely be back again!!!

Not quite what we were expecting

House (not cabin) was clean and comfortable but we were disappointed in the surroundings. It was more of a house in a neighborhood, albeit rural. Had a lovely view outback. We never saw a river or a garden. But what was most disappointing was the kennel next to the house. We weren’t sure what was going on, but several, yes, several, dogs of several breeds were pinned in and one looked very pregnant. We wish we had known that it was there because we would not have booked this property. The barking was not bad. It’s just that we were so saddened by seeing so many different dogs pinned in.
