Detached house in a quiet location in the countryside with swimming pool
The holiday house located not far from the river Herault (200 m) and lake 'Salagou' (10 km). The house is part of a biologically guided farm (cereals, vegetables). The sea 40 km away. Thanks to the mild and mostly sunny climate (320 sunny days) and the central location offers both summer and winter many possibilities for walks, bike tours, sightseeing tours etc.
The home has a very spacious, comfortable and cozy atmosphere and is by building ecological aspects renovated (solid wood, lime).
For the cottage is a heated and covered (if necessary) swimming pool.
It can also be borrowed two kayaks with accessories for tours on the Hérault.
The cities of Pezenas, Beziers and Montpellier offer numerous attractions and beautiful shopping sprees.
