Beautiful home in Saint Raphael

This architectural pearl is 250 m² and welcomes its guests on a 3.000 m² large and tree-rich property. Even after the renovation you can feel the historical ambience of this 18th century property. The house, which includes a 6 x 6 m pool, is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there are two spacious living rooms, a dining room and a separate kitchen. Of the five bedrooms on the upper floor, two have a fireplace and one has a private bathroom. The sea and its sandy beaches 5 km, the golf course of Valescure 3 km, the center of Saint-Raphaël with its exciting animation offer in the summer months 1.5 km.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor private pool on site is open June - end September.
