Huge rooms and open spaces surround this luxurious ranch style (single level) home set on a beautiful private peninsula here in the Coco Plum area of Marathon key. One bedroom and two baths make this a quiet and relaxing home for your visit to the Florida Keys. Enjoy the day out on the water and come home to your private accommodations to relax in your soak tub. This home includes a gourmet kitchen with all the best in appliances and accessories so you can cook amazing dinners in comfort and privacy. At the end of the day you'll retire to a master suite fit for a king. The home is in a private, gated, marina setting and everything you need to enjoy your time here in the sun. Ask about an on-site boat slip with weekly rental based on availability. 2nd floor apartment is a private residence and not included in this rental.

Great Hosts and Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at the white marlin marina. Jay and Laura were so accommodating and so friendly. We enjoyed every minute there!!

First time inthe Keys

Jay and Laura were amazing. Friendly, helpful and caring. My husband took a fall and they were right there for us in every way and we are thankful for help. Despite the fall, we were able to enjoy the stay on this beautiful property with friendly boaters. This is a perfect property and we would highly recommend a stay with Jay and Laura!

Incredible home with stunning sunsets, and wonderful hosts.

We had a wonderful experience from the first contact with Jay, to our goodbyes at the end of our two week stay. Jay and Laura were very attentive to all our needs while staying at their stunning home in the middle of an exclusive marina. The entire home was beyond any expectations; huge rooms, everything we needed in the kitchen, wonderful shaded patio, relaxing private swim pool and hot tub, and a beautiful view. Sunsets were spectacular, sitting on the dock right outside our door. This one of our all time favorite VRBO experiences

Fabulous Find!

The Marlin House exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived and were greeted by our hosts, Jay and Laura, everything went smoothly! We spent 3 weeks at this location and enjoyed every moment of it. The parking is very convenient and the views are exceptional! The house itself is extremely spacious and well maintained. We had a very busy schedule while in the Keys, and it was important for us to have the right place to stay, and this was it! Jay and Laura took very good care of us. We highly recommend staying here! We can't wait to go back!

Perfection💛

Jay and Laura are absolutely amazing. They greeted us upon our arrival,showed us around the property and to our surprise were eager to help is unload. The property is emaculant! They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. We rented a boat and Laura offered to drive us to the boat marina so that we could immediately get on the beautiful waters and begin our adventure. Our last evening we were headed back to shore and I recieved a heartbreaking call that my grandmother had passed. I was devesated and the husband was worried about me driving the truck to meet him as he took the boat back so he reached out to Jay. Jay drove to the marina after being on the road all day to pick us up and get is back to the property. So when I say above and beyond that's exactly what they do! Angels! The pool is gorgeous as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the swim spa several times. So peaceful. They are very much pet friendly which is a huge deal for us. We would be on the water and Jay or Laura would go and let our dog out and love on him. Again... above and beyond. Our stay could not have been more perfect because of them! Thank you so much for a memory to last us a lifetime! We will absolutely be back SOON!

Vacation paradise

Highly recommend! Place far exceeded our expectations!! House was immaculate and the grounds pristine. Very pet friendly and the perfect set up for dogs!!! The property managers, Jay and Laura, were accommodating and the nicest people you'll ever meet. In fact everyone we came into contact with at the resort was extremely friendly and welcoming. We have been vacationing in the Keys for over 40 years and thrilled to find this place..will definitely plan our future stays there!!
