Please NOTE: This rental unit apartment is in an upcoming neighbourhood. It’s not in the best area but it’s also not in the worst area. The building is over 100 years old so we understand it may look dated and slightly rundown from the outside however, the inside has been fully remodeled and upgraded to today’s taste. Slowly but surely, the owners are returning this building back to its former glory.

The nightly price of this beautiful inner-city unit has been adjusted to reflect the condition and area of the building. This apartment is perfect for anyone looking to come into town and benefit from all the amenities this unit has to offer but on a budget!

There are security cameras around the whole building for your safety.

Downtown Cleveland and its beaches, restaurants, nightlife, hospitals, sports stadiums, and more are just a short drive away!

You will be sent detailed check-in instructions 3 days prior arrival date. Check-in is anytime after 3 PM. You will perform a self-check-in using the electronic keypad. You will have private access to the unit. Free parking behind the building. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours.

NOTE that the unit will not have AC during the fall/winter/spring months. Instead, you’ll be able to turn on the heat for a cozy, comfortable night in Cleveland’s colder seasons and no on-site laundry facility.

$200 charge for smoking in the unit
$150 charge for additional cleaning needed for excessive messes
$250 for unauthorized pets
$75 for unauthorized late check-out
Charge of up to $500 + damage coverage for parties
