At your disposal: private equipped garden (70 sqm) overlooking the valley and about 3,000 sqm of common outdoor areas with pool. Ideal for exploring the most beautiful towns in Umbria and Tuscany. Enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding countryside to Todi. Quiet location. For communal use: washing machine and dryer (both coin operated) in the watchtower. Covered parking space.
