Vacation Apartment in Saint-Malo L’Émeraude Malouine is housed in a former seaside palace of Saint-Malo, the Hôtel Franklin, built in 1861. The building and its interiors recall the codes of a luxury hotel: beautiful historic façade, and a majestically restored entrance. As you step inside the apartment, you will immediately be charmed by its spaciousness and drawn to the living room with its exceptional sea view. The living-dining area, facing the beach, invites you to relax and share moments. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen is open to the living area. You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends.The apartment offers 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms with a decor that mixes old and new. One has a doble bed (140x190), and the other, more suitable for a child with its desk, offers a single bed (90x190) bed. These 2 bedrooms share a shower room and a toilet en suite. To reach the third bedroom, you need to climb a few steps. This master suite, with its Japanese decor touch, overlooks the living area with a sea view. It is equipped with queen size bed (160x200) and a large dressing room. Its adjoining bathroom, with boat deck flooring, has a bathtub, double sink, and separate toilet. This beautiful apartment also has an outdoor parking space. Note: Bed linen is offered as an option:18€/pers. The apartment is on the first floor without an elevator. The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor do not have windows to the outside but instead open towards the entrance, which is brightened by a skylight ceiling. During the winter months, an additional heating fee may be required based on your actual consumption.
