This was a decent place to stay with my wife and our dogs. The place was clean and anything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay was present.
Only a couple complaints:
- No hot water and low water pressure for the shower.
- Can't change the temperature of the AC unit.
- If you're bringing pets, there will be horses greeting you about 10 feet from the cabin door and free range horses in your front yard. While I thought this was awesome my dogs certainly didn't and made for a few complications when having to let them out.
Great location for all that is offered in this area!! Very peaceful.. daily visits from the local horses, was an added plus!!

This cabin is good for a couple... i wouldnt recommend anything more than that. There is no couch nor loveseat to be comfortable on... only an oversized chair and some table chairs.
Dozens of dead bugs by the windows led me to believe it was not cleaned very well - that and the inside of the coffee pot had literal slime in it gross. Shower was horrible and hard to figure out.
Hot tub was very nice and the view was pretty
Very relaxing spot. Great place to "get away". We really enjoyed our stay and were happy that we could include our dogs. Staff from main office were very helpful and informative.
Very clean, everything was just as seen on line. Our fur babies was veru happy. We will be back. We grilled every night, the kitchen had everything we needes. Bed was comfy.

The property was peaceful and the cabin was quaint and had everything stocked for the cooking needs. Loved being able to sit out on the front deck and just enjoy the scenery. The bed was very comfortable. The only problem with the cabin was that although there was plenty of hot water for the kitchen and bathroom sinks there was no hot water in the shower. The shower wouldn’t even get to luke warm. We couldn’t figure out why. There’s a back deck with a nice grill which we used every night. The weather wasn’t great but it was a nice stay. I would stay there again if I could have a hot shower. Maybe something to look into. After all a vacation is what you make of it and we did. Thank you for allowing us to bring our dogs. They loved sitting out too.
The cabin was nice and clean and exactly what we were looking for in terms of location. We wanted to be in the middle of nowhere where we could relax. After our first meal we ran the dishwasher then attempted to shower. There was no hot water so cold showers were somewhat unpleasant. We assumed that we had used all the hot water with the dishwasher. The next day it was cold showers again. Since no significant amount of water had been run previous to attempting to take showers so there's obviously something wrong with the plumbing. Hot water would run through the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink but the shower was ice cold.
The location we stayed at was perfect. Very close to attractions, but very secluded. The property was perfect for us. The staff was friendly and helpful giving us ideas on the trails.
Rustic cabin at luxury price but area is beautiful
Foldout sofa bed horrendous as both sofa & bed, lighting choices are either too-bright overhead or nightlights. Water pressure too low for good shower. Shower looks pretty but no grab bat with slippery tub-stall surface. Bedroom has no window, no where to put a suitcase. Heat inadequate, a/c rusting old unit but it works. I’m Peeling paint on porch & doors. Old fridge works but hums loudly.
The cabin was very clean and nicely decorated. Enjoyed hiking on the trails and then relaxing on the porch. The horses at the back deck were an unexpected treat!
