Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, nahe am Ortszentrum von Immenstaad. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Bodensee und die Schweizer Alpen. Der überdachte Südwest-Balkon lädt dazu ein. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Bodensee oder in der Ortsmitte, wo alle wichtigen Geschäfte und verschiedene Restaurants, Cafés und Eisdielen zu finden sind.

Ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett, und ein Zimmer mit einem Stockbett für 1 Erwachsenen oder 2 Kindern. In einer separaten, gut ausgestatteten Küche finden die Gäste eine Grundausstattung. Ein Wohn- und Esszimmer kann als gemütlicher Aufenthalts- und Ruhebereich genutzt werden. Es gibt ein Bad mit einer Dusche und ein separates WC.
