The Worst
I would never stay here again. The check in process was painful especially the lack of communication & extreme language barriers with all front desk staff. Check-in was 3:00 pm but our two rooms were not ready until 3:30 only after I pressured them to assign us rooms. By the time we finally got to our room our keys did not work so we had to go back downstairs and wait in the check in line again. The keys continued to fail during our stay. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling & the showers had no doors so the water poured out into the rest of the bathroom causing the floor to be dangerously slippery. The bathroom sink was so big it took up the entire vanity which was already tiny and barely any room to put a toothbrush down.The closet was tiny & the doors barely opened it wasn't functional at all. I realize it's a boutique hotel but the room was tiny & not functional. Tiny tiny room we didn't even have a spot to put one suitcase nevermind 3. Air conditioning was not working in our room. No microwave in room as advertised. Zero coffee maker in room. I asked front desk staff if they had any coffee in the morning or if there was a place I could get coffee & they said no. 3 days later a guest told me little bar that is part of the hotel but outside has coffee. I found charges on my credit card when I got home and I reached out to find out what they were for even through their site managers and could not explain it and would not reverse it. I asked for follow up but received none.
