Beautiful stilt home sitting on one acre of land in the heart of Old Homosassa. This is a three bedroom, two bathroom home with a wrap around porch, a walkway to the water and day dock, and plenty of space to park your toys in the turn around drive. If you want to explore Old Homosassa, this is your spot. Several boat ramps, restaurants, shops, and other amenities are just minutes away. Use the day dock to take the canoe for a trip down Mason Creek, or drop your flats boat in and keep it tied up to the dock while you're here.

Nice stay on the creek!

We had an enjoyable stay here during scallop season! Navigating the creek can be a little treacherous but thanks to Jon’s advice in the welcome binder, we were able to safely ride the creek up to the river. The property is lovely and quiet, with all amenities listed. The dock is immaculate and even with this oppressive Florida heat, we enjoyed sitting out on it and relaxing. I would recommend this property to anyone going to Homosassa!

I would stay again. Driveway is a little for a boat, but other than that nice quiet spot not far from everything.

Great location and house!

This house was fantastic! It was very clean and very comfortable. We had our boat docked and it worked out really well. I highly recommend if you are looking to visit the area!

This property is beautiful, well maintained and very nicely furnished. The property owners are very prompt to respond to questions. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Birthday Celebration!

This property was just right for our family of three ( all adults). We each had our own room. The kitchen was fully equipped w everything we needed and more! The property was well lit at night. The dock and sitting area was so peaceful. The balcony /front porch was a great place to relax out doors. We will be back! Thank you for offering this property.
