Great property, but no communication from property management company.

This is so close to Duvall Street that you will feel the music pumping at night. It is so walkable to everywhere and the pool is warm and wonderful. Several times we contacted the property managers for things like a corkscrew and got no response. The property management company did stow our luggage after check-out the last day, which was very nice.

Mainbrace is Perfect

We have stayed here many times. It is perfect. Always delightful. The house is charming inside and out. Great property with tropical plants, a hammock and a swinging chair as well as other outdoor furniture. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. We will return!!!

Stairs a challenge

Overall great. Stairs were a challenge. But the 2 bedrooms upstairs have 2 steps down to exit the bedrooms, to go to the bathroom, and my my husband fell during night. Thank god he didn't break anything. Maybe a light to illuminate the steps for the future.

Birthday celebration

Everything on the property was exactly as described in the listing. We had five adults and the accommodations were perfect for what we needed to celebrate a birthday in Key West! The location was top notch being just a few steps from Duval Street. We enjoyed our time at this property!

Great tucked away apartment with gorgeous balcony

My sister and teenage niece were visiting and we wanted to spend a night in Key West. The apartment was very nice and clean with plenty of room and gorgeous balcony’s off of every room. We loved sitting outside and also the charming pool and patio.

The location of the villa is very convenient. We rented bikes but it turned out that we didn’t need them. We would love to stay again sometime! It’s the perfect place in the Keys.

Coolest apartment in key west

We had a great stay ! Location was perfect to walk around Duval st and explore. The apt a/c was top notch and kept us cool during the high temps. We will definitely be back here and would highly recommend to others.

Great location, not for children

Loved our stay. Location could not have been better. Staff were very responsive when contacted. The only drawback are the stairs- very narrow and steep, no handrails on upper portion. That’s the reason for my not recommending this place for families with children. Definitely an issue for older, less stable people as well. But as long as my group are reasonably fit adults I would definitely stay here again.

Christmas Get a way

My 85 year old mother treated my sister and I along with our spouses to a couple of nights in tge Keys. We had never been here before, so this was a real treat. The reservation process was very smooth and management was very responsive to questions. The location of the villa could not be better. It is walking distance to almost everything. The unit we stayed in was clean and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the battery on the emergency light dying which cause the light to make an alarm sound. Once again, management was very responsive. Overall, we were very pleased.

Property was clean. Stairs to upstairs a little wonky, but sent the kids upstairs so all was good. A few roaches but it's Florida, so.... grain of salt. Pool was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location to Duval Street

This place is great if you’re looking to stay close to Duval Street. It’s right behind Fat Tuesday and close to all the major attractions. Has a nice community pool right behind unit and a fridge/stove as well. Check in process was easy and you can pay $20 to park a vehicle right up front.

First impressions were great location, place was very clean upon arrival! Fit our needs perfectly. Loved the art work on main level, cool vibe, very well appointed! The stairs and elevated bedrooms were interesting. Must be very careful going up and down stairs, for sure. Did try to contact management a few times but didn't have luck. Also, had a crazy fire alarm situation on morning of checkout that was really unpleasant. Smoke/fire alarm went off for at least an hour, in complex. Was the most piercing alarm I've ever heard, you definitely wouldn't sleep through it. Fire dept came, was a bit crazy. No one could figure out how to turn off alarm, so it blared for the entire last hour of our stay. Made packing/cleaning up super stressful, to say the least. I'm sure after this, they've figured it out. Otherwise, it was great. Can't beat location. Would definitely stay here again!
