The Maravilla community is getting a fresh upgrade!

Cozy Beach Retreat

If you're looking for a peaceful, comfy spot by the ocean, this condo is a gem. The place was super clean with a cozy beach vibe. The beach is just a short walk away. We took advantage of the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. We highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway! beach getaway.

Great stay!

Great communication. Easy check in. Handy to elevator. Walk to the beach. Only downside was the bed was so uncomfortable. We both slept on the right side. We considered using the bunk beds. They seemed comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect beach condo!!

This condo was perfect for our family’s beach vacation. Brent was easy to reach and very accommodating. Excellent host! The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Short walk to the beautiful beach and close to dinner options and shopping as well. Beds were super comfy! Absolutely love this place!!

Great stay!!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The kitchen was well appointed, lots of towels, comfortable bed, lovely porch and TV’s were easy to work. Brett was available and responsive to our questions and needs. We had a slight issue with a sheet and a new set was waiting for us when we returned from the beach. Location was good for us. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning next yesr.

This condo was very nice. It is well stocked and clean. The owner was very responsive and provided a lot of good recommendations. They even had a couple of boogie boards for us to use which was nice for our kids!

2023 Family Vacation

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The room was exactly what was shown on the app. It was amazing and had everything that we needed. The check in process was easy. We will be coming back and will be looking forward to it. I would highly highly recommend renting from this property group manager.

Starfish Enterprise was very accurate with details and description of the unit. Complex was well maintained and conveniently located adjacent to the beach and very close to shopping and restaurants. They maintained correspondence throughout our entire stay reminding us of amenities and such. Very professional…..we will consider Starfish Entreprise when planning our next visit.

This property was a fabulous location for our family. Enjoyed the amenities on the property, but really the condo was the gem in it all. Just enough space for our family & loved the cleanliness, beachy cozy decor & extras provided in the condo for our stay. Beyond wonderful. We will be back for repeat visit as often a possible. July 4th Weekend

We had an amazing visit this past weekend. The condo was great, very modern, and had a door with a built in key pad (last year we had to keep track of keys). Captain Brent had great communication the whole way through so it was very easy to check in and check out. The beach access and chairs were amazing. I highly recommend this condo.

Perfect Vacation!

This was our second time staying at the Maravilla Condos. I have to say 4305 was the best and did not disappoint at all. It’s very clean , beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed. The walk to beach is not bad at all and of course having the beach chairs was definitely a plus!! We highly recommend this condo for your family’s next vacation!

Absolutely wonderful condo!

Renting was super easy and friendly. The condo was perfect for our short get away as a family. Updated decor and clean. We always love staying in Maravilla but this was one of the best condos hands down for us to stay in. We’ll definitely be looking to book here again next year.
