About this property

Cozy apartment with a dream view

100sqm apartment in the attic of a two-story house,
Located 8 km south of Split in Podstrana. It is 14 km to Omis.
The distance to the beach is approx. 300m, the nearest bus stop is approx. 200m.
The apartment has been recently renovated and the decor is new.
Air conditioning is of course also available.
There are two bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped including Washing machine.
Our family lives in the house and they all speak fluent German and English,
and are happy to help and advise.
If you are arriving by car, you can of course park directly at the house.

Fantastisch uitzicht

Goed appartement waar alles aanwezig was. Alleen een zware beklimming om van het strand naar het appartement te gaan. Minder geschikt voor minder mobiele mensen

Traumhafte Abende im schönen Podstrana

Klasse Apartment mit fantastischer Aussicht auf Meer und die kroatischen Inseln. Modernes Ambiente mit großzügiger und sehr gut eingerichteter Küche. Bad inklusive Dusche und Badewanne und alles sehr sauber, was will man(n) mehr für einen schönen Urlaub mit der Familie. Die super Aussicht auf dem überdachten Balkon, welcher zu vielen schönen Abenden einlädt, perfektioniert den positiven Gesamteindruck. Schade, dass es schon wieder vorbei ist. Der Kontakt zu Vermieter und Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mitten drin in Podstrana

Lage: In Hanglage mit schönem Meerblick. Man sollte recht gut zu Fuß oder anders mobil sein, ab dem Strand geht es ca. 300m bergauf. Appartment: Wie in der Beschreibung. Wünsche bzgl. der Ausstattung bleiben mit Blick auf den Mietpreis nicht offen. ÖPNV: Gute bis sehr gute Busverbindung nach Split und Omis. Strand: Sauberer Kiesstrand mit meist klarem Wasser. Am Strand einige nette Restaurants und Strandcaffees in 300m bis 1000m. Normales Preisniveau wie in D, AT. Podstrana: Unspektakulär, eher ruhig und weniger geeignet für die Jugend mit Partyansinnen. Mobilität: Ein Auto wäre von Vorteil, vor allem für Selbstversorger. Kleine Supermärkte sind zwar fußläufig aber der Rückweg geht halt bergauf. Klasse Supermärkte in ca. 8min. Entfernung mit dem Auto. Podstrana ist ein idealer Startpunkt für Ausflüge auf die Inseln vor Split. Bis zum Fährhafen 15min. mit dem Auto. Ebenso sehr ideal für Tagesausflüge Richtung Süden, wie Omis oder Brela. Vermieter: Sehr unaufgeregt - wer etwas Anschluss möchte (Teile der Familie leben im gleichen Haus) bekommt ihn, wer seine Ruhe möchte kriegt sie. Direkte Umgebung: Einige Rezensionen beschreiben die Umgebung als nicht so toll. Aber macht ein wenig die Augen auf - im Hochsommer ist halt vieles verdörrt aber und Gott sei Dank verschwendet niemand Wasser um künstliches Grün zu schaffen. Zitrusbäume findet man überall sowie prächtige Oleander, Oliven- und Wollmispelbäume und wenn es mal regnet wird es schnell grün. Verkehr: Aus Podstrana Richtung Split fährt man morgens vor 8:30 und abends nach 19:30. Infrastruktur : Bankomaten fußläufig, ebenso Bäcker. Alles in allem werden wir das sicher wiederholen. Klare Empfehlung im Rahmen des Budgets.

Wonderful apartment

We had a great stay at this apartment! It´s quiet, clean, spacious with an absolute amazing wiew over both the mountins and the ocean. Within walking distance you will find the beach, some smaller grocery stores, and the bus to Split is just down the road and takes about 20 minutes. The owners responded very quickly if we had any questions, and were helpful with information about the area. If we go back to Podstrana, we will definitely stay here again!
