Welcome to Cozy Condo 2. This loft style floor plan is a favorite! Condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Resort style living offers cooling water falls, a tropical atmosphere all within the beautiful Sonoran desert. You will enjoy morning coffee under the shade of your covered patio. This location is a convenient location adjacent to Udall Park which features all new Pickleball courts as well as a fitness center, indoor and outdoor tracks. Dining spots within 1/2 mile as well as Safeway and Walgreens. Don't forget about the beauty of Sabino Canyon and Mt. Lemmon, both a short drive.
