Nice weekend getaway

Nice weekend trip. We enjoyed the space and fully stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed. Checking in was easy. Needs a few updates, but it is a nice home for a getaway. I enjoyed biking to the beach. I would recommend it for one large family or two families.

Convenient location

This home was exactly what we needed with games and the pool. Close to Mercato which has plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Also we enjoyed a beach day at Vanderbilt Beach which is close. the owner was fantastic.

Fun Family Retreat

Our family of seven enjoyed our time at the house and in the city of Naples. Between the pool and the game room there was something for all ages. Also loved being able to bike to Vanderbilt beach as well as to grab coffee or ice cream (all 2-3 miles round trip). Good communication from the host throughout our trip.

Property had everything we needed! Game room was a hit and great for extra space. Pool was a nice size. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Property was clean and well stocked with necessities. Location is close to everything - beach, Mercato shopping area, groceries. Would highly recommend this property!!

Amazing vacation house

No need to make plans while staying at this house. You have everything you need. A pool, multiple tv's, pool table, connect 4, darts, Pac-Man and bikes. You are only 8 minutes from Vanderbilt Beach. I highly recommend this place. And Brad was great, he always made sure we were satisfied.

Perfect last minute spot!

Considering we booked with a little over a week in advance, it was a great spot for just the two of us. The bikes were super convenient to be able to ride to get coffee and such. The beach was a little farther than we wished, but the public beach parking was super easy to use. Only $10 a day! Brad was super responsive which we appreciated! Thanks again :)

Great property

Great property with private clean pool, necessities for the beach, and a convenient game room with a wide variety of games for lots of ages. We enjoyed spending time outside on the pool deck with gas grill and 3 separate lounge areas as well as an additional outdoor seating area in the front yard. The owner replies to all messages promptly and extremely accommodating of you need anything throughout your stay. I would highly recommend this place for a family or a small group of friends who like to spend time together with out leaving the property. There are 3 bedrooms and each bedroom has a direct door access to the pool. You have to go through a bedroom to get to the pool, there is not a communal entrance from inside.

Not quite what I expected

I’m torn about this property. The inside of the house was very poorly “renovated”. The carport turned bedroom had so many flies coming from somewhere that no one could sleep in it. The reason I’m torn is because the game room, pool and location were wonderful. I wouldn’t rent it again.

I’ve stayed in a lot of vrbo’s. This one had more wrong with it than just about any. One shower leaked badly into the wall, the wifi wouldn’t allow our phones or laptops to connect with any regularity, the toaster oven was the only toaster there and was extremely gross, and Wi-Fi took forever for the TVs to connect to it. Might beat staying in a cheap hotel but I wasn’t impressed much. Beds were good and Game room and pool area were nice, but I had to clean the pool myself when I arrived as it was pretty full of debris.

Once we got in, it served our purposes

We got off to an extremely rocky start when we arrived with no access information, could not reach the owner, and spent 2 hours trying to get help through VRBO (total waste of time) before finally finding a phone number on google. HOWEVER, when we finally did reach the owner, he was extremely apologetic and did everything in his power to correct the mistake. Just be certain you have what you need before you leave home. The property itself was pretty much as shown, though some of the reno work does not appear to have been professionally done.

Great location in beautiful Naples! The property was as described and everything was very clean and in working order. The beds were so comfortable!!! The host communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend this place!

Best location

The house was perfect! The GPS guided us to the beach and it was 5 mins from the house. We loved the game room! It has a pool table, ping pong, pac man and a lot of other games. The house was spacious and clean. The pool is amazing. Every TV had apps such as Netflix. Everything was close proximity. We loved the house and area, we will definitely be back.

Such a fun and entertaining home close to EVERYTHING!

We just spent an amazing week in this house and couldn't have asked for a better time. We traveled with our 18 and 19 year old sons who loved the pool and the game room. That game room lacks for NOTHING. There is literally something for all ages. The house is located so close to everything including the beach. There was plenty of beach equipment for us to use, floats for the pool...I mean nothing was lacking at all. The beds are super comfy and the AC is ice cold which can make or break a vacation for me. The communication with Brad is top notch and we couldn't be happier with this experience. We plan to rent again in the future!!!

Great location!

This house was great! We had a great time! Our son took a friend and they had plenty to do in the game room and pool! Our dog came with us and he loved it as well! It was close to the beach and all the shops but off the main road so it didn’t seem so busy! And the house was big enough for everyone to have there own space if they needed it! We had a great time!

Overall it was a great place to stay!

First time staying in Naples area usually we stay in Clearwater, the shopping and restaurants were great but very expensive. Our neighbor had a couple of loud arguments while we were there and the bugs are insane.

We were the fun house!

We gathered together over the loss of a loved one to suicide. Out of the three vacation rentals that were occupied by our total party, this house's game room brought so much joy to our family. I know this doesn't sound important, but in Florida, an AC can make or break a vacation. This house's AC ROCKED. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and we truly enjoyed our time there.

Nice relaxing break

The property provides everything you need for a relaxing trip: pool, awesome game room, location close to downtown and beaches and a quiet neighborhood. Brad was very responsive and easy to work with. Would go there again.

Great stay!

The house is comfortable and has all that you need. The pool and outdoor areas are great. The game room is stocked with plenty of games, books and beach gear. We enjoyed walking and biking to the beach and around the neighborhood. Brad was responsive when we had a concern and dealt with it promptly. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
