Come stay in an exceptional and extraordinary loft in the heart of Brussels. 5 min by walk from Gare du Midi and all the cultural hotspots in the city.

Perfect for romantic stay : 200 m2 space comprise of:

- On the top floor, a 110m2 Romantic LOFT with 4 meter high ceiling with complete American-style kitchen; you will be enjoy the hot tub while watching movies on a projector, then end your night in a king size 180cm bed.

- On the lower floor, a 65m2 game room that is exclusively for you and your partner - where you will find a spacious Finnish hot stone sauna (normally for 6 people), a billiard table, air hockey table, massage chair, and various arcade games.

- Additionally, enjoy some peace and quiet in a secluded 40m2 semi-covered terrace where you can even BBQ!

Coming as a group? There's also a fully functional kitchen, dinning table and sofa bed .

0. There is a noise-detecting device in the loft to guard against loud events. It does not record any sound but only detect the volume of sound .

1. We ask our guests to respect our neighbors and be quiet after MIDNIGHT. No music / no loud yelling and please close all windows and be quiet if you are in the terrace.

2. On Sunday morning starting from 9-10am, you can expect some music noises as there is a church nearby. The singing and preaching is not avoidable but earplugs can be provided. If you’re checking out on Sunday , It should not be a problem as normally your checkin will be at 11am so consider this an alternative wake up call .

3. *ATTENTION* We offer one parking spot for free across our VRBO listings on a first-come-first served basis. We cannot offer unlimited amount of parking spots to all our guests. Always message us before booking to guarantee a free parking spot.
