The bedding is completely new.

The accommodation is located 250 metres from the village where there is Bureau ESF, Tourist Office, ski rental, grocery store, Restaurants/Bar and 200 metres from the shuttle to the Ardent Cable Car or Morzine.

The chalet is on the edge of the forest, at the foot of trails leading to Lake Montriond and close to the village center.
