Cocoonr Agency offers you this converted family home with 5 accommodations, each named after a member of the family. So this is where Nicole, the family artist, used to paint. Always quiet, always downtown, always with a view of nature and Place Stanislas.
This charming 37 m² studio, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers, is located on the 2ᵉ floor (no elevator). It comprises a pretty living room with a sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). Housekeeping is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows :
- A living area with sofa bed, dining table and TV, and a sleeping area with a king-size bed (180x200).
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
The studio is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you'll have a private parking space at your disposal.

Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport 2h10 by car (150 km)
