About this property

Fresh and beautiful. Our condo, on S. Ocean Blvd., nine blocks from Main Street, is truly a 'memory maker' and a place you will come to think of as your summer 'home away from home'! The location is ideal, with a wonderful private pool used exclusively by the owners and renters of our small building. And the view from the balcony is fabulous! Begin and end each day with a walk on the beach. Can't get any closer to the sand!

Our building has only 22 units, which means you will have all the space you want on the beach to stretch out and enjoy the sun and sand! We also have an elevator that holds a rolling baggage cart which will make moving in a breeze!

The views from the master bedroom and the balcony are the best the beach has to offer! You will love it! And want to return time and time again! Just check our reviews~

You are close enough to Main Street to walk down the beach and enjoy either a quick lunch during the day or listen to music and dance in the evenings. You'll even find a small pavilion with games for the kids and beach bike rentals as well!

We love all there is to do here and want you to feel the same! Come and make your own special memories here!

Perfect beach vacation!

So clean and updated! The condo is more updated than the photos listed and we felt right at home as soon as we walked in and the location was perfect. Communication with Gary couldn't have been better. We will definitely be back!!

Awesome week at the beach!

Very clean and nice we had a great stay! We were nervous after staying in the same place for 14 years straight but this time we needed a third bedroom so we took a chance and are very glad we did! We have never had a view of the ocean from the living area and the closet to store beach gear just off the beach is amazing. If we ever need a third bedroom again we will definitely not have to look around this will be our spot!

Wonderful vacation just what I needed

I’m needed this time with family. It has been a stressful year. I was diagnosed with breast, had surgery and now on treatment so this was much needed relaxation ! Just what we expected. We stayed here last year and immediately booked a year out for this stay. Only complaints were that the refrigerator had food left in it and towels in dryer still needed a final tumble. Dishwater was full as well but otherwise, wonderful stay

Beautiful View

This property did not disappoint! The condo was very clean. The mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It is located in a great area. Quite neighbors. The communication was clear and timely. Access to the pool and beach were extremely convenient. But let’s talk about the views! The view, from the time you open the front door until you lay your head down in the master bedroom, was so relaxing and beautiful! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Best ocean view and quiet beach!

Everything was perfect except the sleeper sofa was too bad to use so it was unused. It did not appear to have been cleaned in a while and very old mattress. But that was our only complaint, the rest was great!

Great experience!

This condo was well, equipped, well furnished and very clean. We usually rent twice a year so we have a lot of experience with a lot of condos. This one was one of the best we ever had. The whole family felt this way!

Convenient/ Great stay

We had a family vacation with 2 children and several adults. We were all amassed by everything available to use (cooking equipment, laundry/cleaning supplies, soap, towels/linens) and it definitely made our trip easier. Easy, convenient access to pool and beach, and a convenient location. We’ll definitely be back!!

Ohio to south

Plenty of room for all. We had 3 kids and 3 adults and never felt cramped. The ocean views were beautiful. It was amazing how close the pelicans flew outside of our balcony. The elevator complete with a luggage carrier helped so much, and the third bathroom was a nice surprise. Loved it!

Excellent!

This place is very clean and comfy! It has all the amenities you need. The kids loved the pool and ocean. I enjoyed having my coffee on the balcony every morning. My only complaint is the dryer takes 2-3 cycles before it will dry a load of laundry. May need a new heating element? But this is minor compared to the joy this place brought us!

Wonderful vacation

This was a great place to stay. The condo was very nice. The owners even had everything available in the condo that you would need for a great stay. I was amazed at all of the extras that the owners supplied such as beach chairs, puzzles, dish soap, laundry supplies, paper products, etc. The condo was located in a less crowded/populated part of the beach which was wonderful. We also enjoyed it being a smaller building with plenty of parking. This is definitely a place to come back to again.

Relaxing Vacation

Perfect location!! Close to everything but the beach wasn’t crowded at all as you are far enough away from the high rises. The property had everything we needed and then some. Pool was very well kept as was the rest of the building. Condo was very clean and well decorated. Highly recommend!!

Perfect beachfront property. Beach was never super busy, even during 4th of July. Condo was nicely remodeled, everything you could ask for! Gary was easy to get a hold of with any questions we had. Would for sure revisit

Wonderful escape

This was such a great vacation for my two daughters and I. Very close and convenient to everything we wanted to do.
