Beautiful house on the hill with amazing views. Heated negative edge pool & spa

Amazing view from almost any area of the house. This 3 bed. 2.5 bath is spacious, fully remodeled. All bedrooms upstairs. Main bedroom with en suite and private balcony. Two other bedrooms with their own sliders out to the balcony overlooking the backyard oasis and beautiful desert with many Saguaro cactuses and a view of the fountain and breathtaking mountains. A couple miles East of Scottsdale, 30 minutes from Phoenix. Less than a mile to downtown Fountain hills, close to great restaurants, award winning golf courses, lakes, mountains, hiking, side by side trails and much more.
The fully fenced outdoor entertainment area including fire pit and outdoor cooking space, pool with infinity-negative edge and Baja shelf and spa are complete. The heated pool/spa will an additional $100 per day (estimated our cost) to heat to +\-84 degrees. Must give at least 48-72 hour notice before wanting the pool heated. No additional charge to enjoy the pool/spa naturally heated by the sun. This home is located in a quiet community with a million dollar view. You will have the whole house to relax in. It’s like your own little resort. Close to almost everything imaginable. Fully stocked kitchen or visit any of the highly recommended restaurants near by. You are near golfing (3 courses within 1 to 5 miles), hiking, sporting events, concerts (most within 30 minutes)and many, many other activities or events. Simply perfect!

We really enjoyed the fantastic views of the surrounding rock formations, Fountain Hills fountain, and well appointed landscape. There are great views inside and out and the home was well appointed with everything needed to make our stay comfy and enjoyable. Kitchen was well stocked with the little extras that made us feel welcome. Fountain Hills is a very nice community with everything we needed that is close enough to access Phoenix and Scottsdale but far enough away to get out of the city and feel more relaxed. We will definitely stay here again!

A lovely property

The property has an absolutely gorgeous view of the hills, with many different nice amenities. The pool was great, and the hosts were wonderful as well. I hope to stay here again at some point.

What an amazing property!

Great stay

My family stayed here (myself, my wife and two adult children) and it was top notch. This is a beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone. It's very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed (we loved the K-cup coffee machine). I can't say enough about the pool, spa and patio area! The view is breathtaking, and we enjoyed just relaxing enjoying that view. We saw a few coyotes down in the wash and it was pretty neat to see them and hear them howling. We loved grilling out there too for an easy meal while enjoying the pool. The location is great, because you're only a few blocks from the grocery store, 10 minutes from multiple trailheads and golf courses, and 30 minutes to some of the bigger attractions. The homeowners provided many extras like plenty of pool towels, shampoos, etc., and they were very responsive and helpful with our questions. Thank you Sheree and Todd! We will return!

Thanksgiving Family Time

We had a wonderful stay for Thanksgiving weekend. The property grounds are stunning with a view for miles. House is clean, generously stocked with basics, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful and Spacious!

We have been visiting Fountain Hills for over 20 years and this was one of the most comfortable places we have stayed. Wish we could have stayed longer.. The weather did not cooperate, as it was cooler than other times we've been there in February.. but much better that winter in Wisconsin!! Thank you for sharing you special space with us! You were great hosts!

This house is amazing! Where to start? The living room is open to the kitchen and has a great flow, the views from the backyard, balconies, and especally the from the masterbedroom in the morning was so beautiful. Check in was easy and communication with the home owners was flawless. We had a great week!! Thansk so much. We will be returning.

This property was great. It was spotless and comfortable. There were thoughtful niceties for the guests to make the stay more like home. The balconies were amazing and had a great view of a canyon from the backyard, with tons of birding.
