Room with a double bed with 2 mattresses, from the room you have an exit to the balcony and the bathroom with bathtub/WC/bidet/sink. Living/dining room with access to the balcony, closed kitchen with oven/dishwasher and refrigerator, gallery with 2 single beds. The spa area of the Hotel Albana can be used for CHF 25.00 per person and day, registration and payment directly at the hotel, 1 garage space (height 190cm), pets are not allowed

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The apartment is located in the building of the Hotel Albana. Handy for sauna visits or restaurant dinning, as you do not have to leave the house. The Hotel Albana is in the centre of Silvaplana. A grocery store, the post, and tourist information and a selection of restaurants are all within 5-10 walking distance. Cross-country ski runs, hiking and biking trails are in the surrounding area. During the winter season, the busses run every half hour in any direction. Many other activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5km away.

Immer schnelle Antworten und hilfreiche Unterstützung Wir konnten den Schlüssel ganz unkompliziert an der Reception abholen und schon vier Stunden früher einchecken, das war sehr angenehm Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Nur ein Bad, welches innerhalb eines der Zimmer ist, was ein bisschen suboptimal ist. Ansonsten geniale Lage, tolle Infrastruktur in einem Hotel (Zugang zu Sauna, gutes Restaurant etc.).

Beim Wohnungsantritt waren wir etwas verspätet vom Unterland ankommen und waren sehr froh den Wohnungsschlüssel unten an der Hotel Reception abzuholen. Parkplatz unten im Hotel ist sehr eng - aber praktisch für den direkten Hauszugang. Feines Thai Restaurant direkt unten im Hotel. Das Badezimmer ist direkt neben dem Haupt Schlafzimmer - Gäste die im oberen Stock schlafen haben keinen oder schlechten Zugang zum Badezimmer. Küche klein aber alles ist da....tip top. Tolle Aussicht Richtung Westen. Ruhige Lage. Esstisch OK aber Stühle sind unbequem. Nur sehr kleine Sitzfläche.

Sommerferien im Engadin

Das Bad war nur von unserem Schlafzzimmer aus erreichbar; das ist bei einer Belegung mit mehr als 2 Personen unpraktisch. Die Küche ist sehr klein, eine Herdplatte war defekt und auch eine Kastentür. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis jedoch eher am oberen Limit.
