- Dogs and cats are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $75 per night for the first three nights, free thereafter (up to a max of $225). An extra charge applies for any pet damage. Maximum pet weight is 25 lbs, and only one pet is allowed per room;
- Private parking is available (parking slot reservation is not required in advance) and costs USD 20 plus tax per day.
