Centrally located 3-roomed apartment on the second floor, approx. 97 m2. Entrance with hall stand. Room with French bed and cupboards. Shower/toilet/sink and small washing machine. A door separates the rest of the apartment. Anteroom. Separate kitchen with oven, dishwasher and fridge. 1 double room with cupboards and balcony. Living/dining room with a fireplace, balcony with view of the lake and 2 sleeping places. 1 garage parking place. The spa area of the Hotel Albana can be used for CHF 25.00 per person and day, registration and payment directly at the hotel. Pets are not allowed. Arrival on Saturday.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The apartment is located in the building of the Hotel Albana. Handy for sauna visits or restaurant dinning, as you do not have to leave the house. The Hotel Albana is in the centre of Silvaplana. A grocery store, tourist information and a selection of restaurants are all within 5-10 walking distance. Cross-country ski runs, hiking and biking trails are in the surrounding area. During the winter season, the buses run every half hour in any direction. Many other activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5km away.

Wir waren schon mehrfach in Ferienwohnungen der Loga, immer sehr freundliche Auskunft. Wir waren im Hotel Albana, dort haben wir nur die Schlüssel erhalten. Mussten nicht in die Zentrale. Sehr schnelle Organisation (z.B. ÖV Bildet)

Die Personen mit denen ich telefonischen Kontakt hatte waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr freundlicher Empfang in Ihrem Büro mit einem netten Willkommensgeschenk. Vielen Dank, dass Sie mir meine Massagematte, die ich in der Wohnung vergessen hatte, unkompliziert zu mir nach Hause geschickt haben. Vielleicht könnten in der Küche einige Sachen erneuert werden (z.B. ein Brotbrett wäre gut); wir haben den Instruktionen folgend versucht das Cheminée zu benutzen aber der Kamin zieht nicht wirklich gut und der Rauch kam ins Wohnungsinnere.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Stilvolle Möbel, Bilder. Gute Betten, Wäsche, Vorhänge. Vermisst haben wir Raclette und Fonduegeschirr (haben wir gemietet), Stabmixer (haben wir selber mitgenommen), Schere, Zündhölzer, Schnüre für alte Zeitungen binden (haben wir alles gekauft und in der Wohnung gelassen), Küchenwaage, Knoblauchpresse. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche hätte eine Renovation nötig (Dichtungen, Wasserstrahl)
